Redovno koristim Colnect kada istražujem informacije o markama, plus upravljam svojom kolekcijom. Primijetio sam da mi to što su moji pečati navedeni u mojoj kolekciji pomaže da izbegnem kupovinu duplikata, kao i korištenje njihove liste želja. Najviše cenim što ima ogromnu bazu podataka i mogućnost praćenja kolekcija u različitim kategorijama. Dodatno, Colnect-ov klub kolekcionara unapređuje iskustvo kroz zajedničke aktivnosti i resurse. Iako su osnovne funkcije besplatne, postoji mogućnost pretplate za napredne opcije. Funkcije pretrage mi daju mnogo opcija.
Ako ste ozbiljan kolekcionar koji želi da sredi svoju bazu podataka ili da pronađe ljude iz celog sveta za razmenu, Colnect je najbolji alat koji trenutno postoji, sa vrlo visokim rejtingom poverenja i pozitivnim ocenama korisnika. I have been on Colnect for 14 years and I have found that it is an international exchange site and not only that includes almost all collectibles and with a lot of member collectors who are in the vast majority honest and reliable. I have made more than 700 exchanges of which over 330 with different collectors and I have not encountered a problem with anyone.
The company gives collectors the opportunity to be active members by offering in addition to collectible material but also knowledge, experiences and help to those who need it. Also, the company is always willing to solve any problem or question immediately and responsibly.
I believe that it is the most complete, modern and most functional site in its field.

A global collaborative crowd sourced database for tracking collections across roughly 20 categories. Great depth of information pooled from large active contributing community.

The search and query functions are exceptionally powerful and easy to use, making it very easy to understand and slice and dice your collections.

The user interface is a little dated and showing its age in places and could use a modernization, but the critical thing is that it works.

Colnect este un catalog desfășurat pe mai multe domenii de colectionare. Are o interfață atrăgătoare și ușor de folosit. Am descoperit acest catalog in urmă cu aproape 9 ani și l-am folosit aproape zilnic. Mi-am dezvoltat interesul pentru diverse domenii de colecționat prin schimbul realizat cu alți colecționari. Am contribuit voluntar ca editor la dezvoltarea unor domenii cum sunt benzile desenate și biletele de loterie. Mai pot fi adăugate în viitor și alte domenii de colecționat cum ar fi: ambalaje de gumă de mestecat, cutii de chibrite, pixuri, brelocuri, magneți de frigider etc. De câte ori am ocazia, recomand acest catalog tuturor colecționarilor cu care mă întâlnesc la bursele de schimburi.

As a long-time user and collaborator of colnect.com, I must say that it seems to be the mos complete and instructive collecting portal on the entire Internet.
Not only it provides wide and detailed information on all types of collectibles, but it just generously offers it free and also incites all visitors to start collecting and studying collectibles, which is - to me - a highly educational approach. Useful not only to collectors, colnect.com is an informative portal inciting to study, knowledge and fun.
Being one of the many volunteer translators (for Romanian language, in my case), I had the opportunity to meet and connect with many other collectors, which gave me the possibility to exchange valuable opinions and get valuable insights on pieces of my collection and on philately in general.
I honestly and sincerely advise all collectors and collectors-to-be to try getting info on their collectibles from colnect.com, where all those who contribute are passionate and competent.

Used colnect for 4 days. All of a sudden, without warning or alert, the account got deactivated.Then received a mail from email ID "skyforger" asking for photo ID, bank statement etc. Did not provide as it looked suspicious. Deleted the account . Was about to move to subscription. Lucky this happened before that .

The reply is not answering my query. Have been asking skyforger as to what was the "suspicious activity" which triggered deactivation. No reply for that. It's too risky to land in to this situation after paying for subscription.

I'm using Colnect for seven years, now. It is the best catalog for all my collection. But what I appreciate most is the ability to trade with people all over the world. And with a certain amount of assurance, because Colnect allows you to rate other collectors based on whether they have met their commitments. That way you know if you are trading with a serious person. And that's what Colnect is all about. Keeping track of your collection and finding like-minded people.

I have been using Colnect for 11 years with daily use and I'm still amazed by the enormous capabilities it offers. With approximately 50 collectible categories and 400.000 collectors it allows exchanges and sales/purchases with collectors all over the world, as it is available in all languages.
On its forum, you can ask for help on any topic and usually receive a response to your problem the same day, thanks to the volunteers working behind the scenes.

The Colnect is the best catalogue for my coin collection. I know more comprehensive ones, but Colnect gives me superb userface and enough data to sort my collection

Mijn account is tijdelijk geblokkeerd.Ik vind dit spijtig want ik kan mijn verzameling nu niet raadplegen.Dit is nochthans een zeer goede website om je verzameling te digitaliseren.Ik zou willen vragen om deze te deblokkeren.Ik heb naar mijn mening niks verkeerd gedaan.Alvast bedankt.

Mijn account werd geblokkeerd met als reden verdachte handelingen volgens de algemene voorwaarden.
Maar iemand verteld mij wat ik dan gedaan heb wat zo verdacht is.
Ik mag wel mij DI bewijs toesturen en dan wordt mijn account weer geactiveerd.
Maar daar weet ik toch nog steeds niet wat er gebeurd, het risico dat het weer gebeurd blijft ik kan het niet oplossen.
Dus blijft mijn niet active.
De site is voor mij wel goed makkelijk te gebruiken en voor mijn postzegel zijn goed te vinden in de catalogus.
Ik zou 5 sterren willen geven waren het niet dat ze zo vreemd reageren op mijn vraag.

It seems like a good website. But... I created a profile on the website but suddenly after 2 weeks the profile was blocked. I had only spent my time on the website with building up my catalog of stamps. Contacted them, but got a useless response back in relation to the reason why the account was blocked - a possible violation of the Terms of Service. Since I know that I have not violated anything in them, I asked them to clarify which part of the Terms of Service I had violated. They could not specify it - they did not know what part I had violated. So it seems like it was completely random that I was blocked on the website. So an incredibly short time on the website, and a "customer service" that only responded with standard answers that could not tell anything about what had been violated. If my account had to be reactivated, then personal information had to be provided that was much more extensive than if you want to open a bank account.

All items can be viewed and photos can be consulted free of charge.

Colnect is a great site made by Colnectors, collectors who connect. I am using it almost 18 years now of which the last 12 years as coordinator.
At the beginning I was guided in this process very well. In a short time I could handle it myself.
Any questions, I just had to ask and an answer came. Sometimes the same day, sometimes some days later.
That is no problem, we are all volunteers with a hobby.
Colnect has much improved since the start and it is fun using this site for your collection. If you have some item not yet listed, you can add your item in the right category through a form. Very simple to fill out.
Sometimes I see complaints, but later I find out that those complaints come from collectors who do no collect themselves, they only want to sell or they see filling out the form as work. BUT IT IS A HOBBY!!
And for your hobby Colnect is a GREAT site!

Colnect provides multitude of online catalogs for collectors. So people can always keep track of their collection. Since users can add new items, it's also more up to date that most other online catalogs. On top of everything, one can swap or sell/buy items.

The combinations are multiple because Colnect brings together 45 collection categories and a community of 378,387 Collectors from 149 different countries grouped in one place and who can exchange objects between them at any time.
I know a lot of collector sites but they are all specialized in very specific collections: Stamps, coins, coasters, etc. When, like me, you have several collections, it is a real pleasure to be able to deal on the same site and at the same time with an exchange of banknotes with a Colombian collector and an exchange of coasters with a German collector.
