Absolutely shocking experience. Last year, I paid to have Justine represent me in a family court case. I tried to contact Justine on multiple occasions and was told, she was unavailable.

From this, I did not have much faith in Justine, and to my shock horror, she was unable to attend court. We directed Justine for the hours advice, as we knew we had paid for her service.

What we did not know, is if you pay to direct a Barrister and that Barrister is unavailable, another Barrister will attend in their place.

That is all well and good but we paid for Justine, that’s why we paid for the hour. Not a random Barrister who has nothing to do with the case.

I put in a complaint, and they disregarded any responsibility. I would honestly stay clear and find a more trusting Barristers Chambers.

My personal experience with this company was very negative.

I paid for services from Jonathan Rees-Morgan, but the work was not completed after he withdrew part-way through, citing “professional embarrassment.” At the next court hearing, the other party was represented by Lucas Maxted-Page, which I personally felt could present a conflict of interest and raise confidentiality concerns. During negotiations, Mr Maxted-Page ended our call part-way through, explaining that he “has kids here and need to sort them,” which I found unprofessional in the circumstances.

When I raised my concerns with the company, the complaints manager, J-P Schlutz, categorised my complaint as vexatious. In my opinion, this approach made it difficult for me to have my concerns addressed.

I had an unfortunate experience with Kingsleigh Viollet during a recent family law court proceeding as a McKenzie friend. Regrettably, my interactions with him left much to be desired.

Firstly, his behaviour in the waiting room was concerning. Instead of respecting the privacy and emotional state of those present, he continued to ask intrusive questions, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This lack of professionalism escalated further when he interrupted my client mid-sentence on four occasions, causing distress and alarm.

Moreover, I found it inappropriate that he addressed my representative by their first name, undermining the formality and seriousness of the family law proceedings. This casual approach felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

Most troubling, however, was his conduct during the court proceedings. Kingsleigh displayed a tendency to misrepresent facts, which was not only misleading but could have serious implications for the case. His actions raised questions about his integrity and commitment to a fair process.

In summary, my experience with Kingsleigh Viollet was deeply disappointing. His lack of professionalism, respect, and honesty is something I cannot overlook. I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking reliable legal support in family law matters.

I was represented by Harrison Willis, he was absolutely incredible! very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate! I couldn’t recommend him enough to people.

Barrister (Ms Tahnia Akther) lied to the Judge in court multiple times and made up her own story on the spot - which bore zero resemblance to the truth. This is perjury - a criminal offence - which I assume is the usual modus operandi of this crooked shyster.
