We initially attended a demo class
We initially attended a demo class, which was very good, and based on that experience, we decided to enroll. However, after joining, the teacher assigned was different from the demo teacher, and unfortunately, the experience was not the same.
My son did not feel comfortable in the class, became demotivated, and now does not want to attend anymore. This was quite disappointing for us as parents.
At the time of enrollment, we were clearly told that if we didn’t like the classes, we could request an easy refund. Based on that assurance, we proceeded. However, it has now been over a month since we requested a refund, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received the refund or any proper update from the team.
Each time we contact them, we are told that the refund will be processed, but nothing has happened so far.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I hope the team takes responsibility and resolves this issue promptly.

We're truly sorry to hear about your son's experience with Codingal. It's disheartening to know that the class after enrollment didn't match the standard of the demo, and we completely understand how difficult it must be as a parent to see your son feel demotivated.
The delay in processing your refund is unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the repeated follow-ups without resolution. This is not the experience we want for any of our families.
We have record of 100% of the refunds done in the last 5.5 yrs of our existence. I would check why the refund didn't happen till now in your case.

Maths with Codingal
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Codingal for our 6-year-old daughter. Her maths teacher has been exceptional—patient, engaging, and very encouraging. The lessons are tailored to her level, making learning both fun and effective.
What we appreciate most is how the teacher explains concepts in a simple, interactive way, helping our daughter build confidence while genuinely enjoying maths. She now looks forward to her sessions and is much more comfortable with numbers and problem-solving.

My son’s instructor Mrs A Grupta has been nothing short of amazing. She is passionate, very patient, and very knowledgeable in her style of teaching. My experience throughout my journey in Codingal was fabulous. My kind teachers, Ayushi ma'am and Ahana ma'am helped me improve my skills and contributed to improving my skills in specific academic areas.
Me and my teacher have wonderful little chats in lessons. This little chatting helps us make our teacher-student relationship stronger. If our student-teacher relationship is strong, we will have more fun during the sessions, and teaching for the teacher will be easier.
Therefore, my experience thought Codingal was incredible. Additionally, my teachers have helped me improve my skills in Coding and Mathematics and have made my life in schools easier.

Codingal is doing a great job on providing customized curriculam for students. My child picked up quite well in Maths and gained confidence in solving varied levels of problems.
