I paid 25USD, to unlock my Alcatel Fierce 4. they make the promise of send me my code after 48 hours.
they never send me any code.
I send them a lot of messages and they only said: "Your phone is already unlocked, we have done our job"
do not trust in this Thieves.
I do not recommend them.
You are warned, if you paid you just are giving away your money.

I bought my LG G5 as unlocked via Amazon only to rudely discover after 52 days of usage that it was again locked to T-Mobile.

I finally managed to gleen it out of T-Mobile support that my phone was merely temporarily unlocked by the former owner who closed their account, so T-Mobile locked it again!

I was left with a useless phone after paying big bucks for an unlocked phone!

All my research indicated that there was no possible way to get it unlocked. I live in Canada, so having a phone locked to T-Moblle would not work for me.

Unless the IMEI # could be unlocked on the carrier end, it would be forever locked.

I really have to thank Codes2Unlock from the bottom of my heart. They resolved this impossible situation very fast and for a great price too.

I was being charged 60 euro to leave my phone in the phone shop in Monaghan for 3 days while they unlocked it. I got my code from codes2unlock within 1 day and took 5 seconds to unlock.

I waited a long time for the code. Then it did not work. I have written many emails and only occasionally get a response asking me again and again what is the problem, I did everything including make a video of the thing being unsuccessful... They refuse a refund or even to discuss fixing the problem. This person is getting the codes from someone else and is third party seller. Doesn't have a clue. I will try and find the source and get a code that works.Lost $45 USD to this scammer

I purchased unlock codes for an LG Pheonix 2 in September, receiving 4 possible unlock codes. After entering all 4 invalid codes, resulting in a carrier lock taking over a brand new phone, had to return the phone, then requested a full refund for the invalid unlock codes. I have yet to a refund or any further contact from Codes2Unlock. I will not attempt to use their services again and would not advise others to trust the unlock codes paid for and sent upon request.

Have you not look at your responses to me to date?

You keep telling me the same thing and I have waited and waited, I ask you before I made my order if you can unlock my phone and you responded to say you could and that I should place my order which I did. You say on your webb page 1 to 7 days to process there is nothing that states this can take considerably longer ( this is misleading customers) Its been from the 28th October that I placed my order that is now 15 working days over the 7 days that you state. Not only that but you stated in one of your many emails to me that I will receive my order by x date the time has come and gone, and you ask me in your last email to wait a further 3 days which has now past

Its up to you to fulfil you obligation and get this mater resolved ASAP

I received the code within the time promised. The code worked; however, the instructions are different for a data only SIM on a tablet but I got it unlocked. I reinserted the SIM which prompted a restart. When the tablet restarted I used the PIN as the code 86252697 and it worked!!

this is my first time ever trying to unlock a device.

i needed to unlock my T-Mobile Note 4 that i bought used and after i tried to use other services to unlock my device, for some reason, the purchase did not complete to my paypal. i tried numerous times, but still the same issue.

then i tried Codes2unlock and on my first try, my payment went through and around 14 hours later, my unlock code was in my inbox ready to go. i tried out the code and my device unlocked successfully. i would definitely recommend this service and i will be using them in the future.
