I’m so glad I went with Cocomelody! I had a 100% online experience buying my wedding dress from Cocomelody. I reached out via email for an update about the status when I was around the end of the 45 day production time, and they responded very quickly and were so friendly and helpful. My dress arrived only two days after I received a notification that it shipped. It’s so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! The quality of the dress is amazing, and I can’t believe I got it for such a low price. I ordered a standard size, so it will need some minor alterations. I can’t wait to wear it!

I’ve chosen to order from Cocomelody because they had great prices and a lot of choices. Cocomelody definitely didn’t disappoint, the dress was amazing quality, I’ve received many compliments on our wedding on this dress. It was elegant and comfortable. I did take it to the seamstress to do a slit on one side as it wasn’t there originally to make it more unique. Super happy with my choice- this dress was exactly what I was looking for🌸

Cocomelody has been amazing. I bought my prom dress and my wedding dress from this site - the variety of styles and quality of the make is amazing. I only had to get a *very* minor alteration to my wedding dress because they matched my measurements near perfectly (I measured myself in my room!) and even the alterations dressmaker commented on how well-made the dress was.

The support team is also fabulous - they were fully supporting me and confirming my decisions every step of the way so there was no ambiguity and the final product was what I had imagined it to be. When my dress was taking slightly longer to arrive than expected (promised 35 day turnaround to Australia), they reached out to me on day 36, showing they were caring about it, even after it was shipped. It was just the postal service being slow, shipping to a rural Australian town! The dress arrived the next day.

The dress is meticulously tailored and it has a lot of beautiful details. Honestly, I was worried about the size and if it will fit, since I couldn’t try it in person before ordering, but now that I received it I can see it’s true to size and looks like it was made specifically for me!!! The quality of material and the style is similar to the dresses that I have tried on in-person and were very expensive.

Loved my bridesmaid dress! I ordered the Brynlee velvet dress and it was so comfortable and fit me perfectly. Because of my D size cup, I did have to order a separate low-back bra to pair with the dress, but it worked great. No issues with the order experience!

I had my dress made in custom colors and measurements and the customer service is unmatched. They were absolutely amazing in making sure I had the proper measurements and were incredibly helpful. My dress is stunning and great quality and I couldn’t be happier. It took a little less than two months from ordering to getting my dress. Definitely recommend this company!

I ordered a wedding dress, standard sizing; no custom. My 1st red flag was the 55 wait period before shipment. Why would a company need that much time to ship a standard sized dress? My 2nd red flag was the multiple failed delivery attempts from the DHL shipping company. I had to sign for the dress (?), but each time the dress was delivered to my house, I was not home because I was at work. I requested multiple times to change the date/time of delivery and to have no signature provided, but it was not approved. Finally, when I received my dress and tried it on, I was very disappointed. The 3rd red flag was the sizing chart provided on the website. It is inaccurate, irrelevant, and useless! The dress was tight around my shoulders and upper back to where I could not fully zip up the dress, the dress did not accentuate my body; making my waist look boxy, and the bra padding was right underneath the collarbone, sitting on top on my breasts. Immediately, I sent an email to request a refund and I am met with customer service essentially stalling my request so that I would miss the Free Return for standard size dresses within 7 days (which is stated on their website). They were persistent on convincing me about how beautiful the dress was (even though it was incredibly poorly designed) and how beautiful I would look in the dress, that I just need to get it tailored, or I should gift it to a friend. Not once did this company take my review and feelings into consideration! I was completely dismissed. Why does Cocomelody stall and then try to convince their customers to like their faulty products? On Cocomelody's website, to the right it of the advertisement of the dress I had ordered, it states "Free returns for any standard sizing dresses within 7 days". Customer service informed me that there would be no free returns because of the international shipping fee, the 30% restocking fee, and any other additional fees. So, why does your website say "Free returns for standard sizes?". Customer service informed me that their standard sizing is NOT actually standard. EACH dress is custom made regardless of standard sizes. No wonder it took 55 days. Custom by definition means "made or done to order for a particular customer." Standard means "something set up or established by an authority as a rule for the measure of quantity, weight, extent, value, or quality". Very different, so why would Cocomelody offer "standard sizing" when each dress is custom made? That doesn't make sense. I finally had enough of requesting the return information (shipping label information, address information, etc) after 6 times! I have reached out to my credit card company for litigation regarding the horrible treatment this company has provided and have taken it upon myself to inform every customer I possibly can to make sure they do not fall in the same trap as I did. Please spend your money on a business that genuinely cares about their customers. Simple return information should not be held back nor should the company try to persuade the customer in keeping their faulty product. What a disgrace.

I ordered my wedding dress with custom sizing and other customizations from Cocomelody in January and received it a few days earlier than when I was promised I would receive it. I LOVE my dress!! Like many brides I was super nervous about ordering my wedding dress online sight unseen, but I was honestly blown away with the quality and accuracy of my dress and the customer service. My stylist was really responsive throughout the process and super helpful. It seems that most of the negative reviews are centered around bridesmaid dresses and while I didn’t order bridesmaids dresses and can’t speak to that, what I can say is that my experience ordering a wedding dress was flawless. 10/10!

I have had really great customer service the whole way throughout my experience with Cocmelody. When I was first looking around for somewhere to buy my bridesmaids dresses I kept coming across Cocmelody for velvet dresses. I was hesitant at first to go with Cocmelody as I hadn't heard much about them living in New Zealand. But I am so glad I took a chance on them. I ordered two dresses for my bridesmaids and the customer service team was really helpful in giving me a timeline of how long the dresses would take to make and be sent out. The quality is great. They are beautiful dresses. As long as you check your measurements and check through all the information first then there should be no problems with buying through Cocmelody. Thank you.

If you’re a bride Googling “Cocomelody reviews” please DO NOT order bridesmaids dresses from Cocomelody right now. We ordered ours back in October and still haven’t gotten our dresses or any kind of refund or even a customer service phone number. They finally admitted to losing one of my bridesmaids dresses and another bridesmaid received random dresses in the wrong size and color. I’ve been emailing back and forth with them for a month and haven’t gotten anywhere. I am going to have to go out and buy different dresses even though we ordered them 6mo in advance because we are getting close to my wedding date and we are out of time. They are super pretty (though I’ve heard ill fitting) but it is not worth the stress of tracking everyone’s dresses down and hoping they get here in time. Something is very wrong. $500 down the drain. They do not seem to care about people posting bad reviews either, it’s like talking to AI or something. Based on my experience I would say, once you spend your money don’t expect the product or your money back. Go to Etsy and support a smaller company if you’re looking for something unique.

I was originally looking to spend only a few hundred on my dress, seeing as I will only be wearing it for one day, but I saw the Catalina CW2513 dress and just fell in love. I couldn't stop thinking about it. I just so happen to be looking at it around their Black Friday sale and the got dress for around $850 less than usual, so how could I not go for it? The dress arrived (in Ontario, Canada) much earlier than expected (if I remember, it was around 2 weeks early) and it was just perfect. Beautiful detail, made well, and I am so happy I went for it. Truly could not be happier with it. It was definitely a little scary buying it without seeing it in person or getting to try it on (no salon's out here carry it), but I read reviews and saw mid-size women like me in their dresses online and 100% do not regret it.

Ordered a dress that was a few sizes bigger than I normally order based on their sizing chart. The dress came in later than expected, but that's fine I get it. The dress did not fit, the tag had the correct label but the measurements did not add up to the same they have on the chart. I had a LONG back and forth trying to return the dress because they claimed it was "custom" even though I did not order a custom size. They finally agreed to take the dress back but only refunded me half the amount. I have never been so disappointed with a business. If you don't have free returns don't advertise it, also fix your sizing chart the whole situation could have been avoided!

From the moment I ordered the dress there was nonstop communication! I had a ton of anxiety due to the short time as well as being a pregnant bride. This dress was my dream dress and made the night complete! I will 100% promote this company and will get dresses from this point on from them.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my daughter from this company. I followed the rules & measured her to make sure I ordered the right size. When the dress came it looked like it was made for a tall avatar. Super long & the bodice was so small it wouldn't fit any normal human being. I contacted customer service & asked to return it. I followed the rules & paid shipping & followed Covid rules to return it. I never received any of my refund. I contacted them again & they said they were sorry & were sending the refund. It never came. I would have been better off just throwing the dress away in the garbage. I would never recommend ordering from this company. Very fraudulent.
