Misleading advertising
I entered a competition advertised on facebook to win what I was led to believe was a £10K main prize advertised on facebook - their advert quoted £10000 instant wins plus £10k main prize.
I won an instant win of £50 site credit which was lovely so I put monies back into competitions and actually won the final draw. Imagine my disappointment to find out the main prize was only £10 site credit.
The Facebook post from 21st November advertising the competition is still live as of todays date of writing. The promoter even admitted in an email the Facebook post had an error - always read the small print!

Many thanks for your review, Liz.
We appreciate everyone who takes the time to provide feedback – everything is a learning opportunity!
We are sorry about your disappointment. We only ever strive to be the best we can in providing great comps with low odds and fab customer service. As you can see from other reviews both on Trustpilot and Facebook, we are pretty good at achieving this and working hard at getting better all the time! But sometimes we won’t achieve this for everyone and for that we apologise.
We won’t comment directly to your points, as we have done that privately with you, other than to say that the comp page where you purchased the ticket had full comp details including the Instant Wins and End Prize. We apologise for a missed typo in a piece of social media marketing however all details were correct on the actual competition.
As with all feedback, positive or negative, it gives us an opportunity for growth. Thank you for providing us with the opportunity.

Win big🎉
I have been doing these competitions for a few months now and I have won various prizes, cash prizes are within my bank account in a couple of days and physical prizes arrive pretty fast. I would definitely recommend participating in the competition as you never know you might win especially when the tickets are so cheap, and often low odds. The hosts do a weekly live video of the competitions which are entertaining and even better if you’re a winner!!
Buy some tickets and win some great prizes🤩🎉😁

Wow fab site and prizes
Wow, what a site and what a fantastic team. I was very fortunate to have won a large sum of money on one of Coasts’ competitions and the communication from start to finish has been excellent. Stoney, bobbi and the team are brilliant and have kept in touch throughout. Stoney is hilarious and their videos are comedy gold. My win came just at the right time and has been life changing. I continue to play on coast2coast and always will. They are honest, hard working people offering winnable dreams, with exceptionally fast payouts and full support. Keep it up guys, can’t wait to see you at my door again in the future.

I have been playing on Coast2Coast since 29th Aug 2025. I won a cash instant win of £7.50 a few months ago and this was paid into my bank account within a few hours.
I have today won a £25 Amazon Voucher as a end prize. This was again sent to me extra fast. In-fact I had the Amazon email 2mins before the email from Coast2Coast saying it was sent. Can't get much faster than that! Haha

Great site
A good and well run local online competition site. Smaller than the national ones which means you have more chance of winning. The prizes are getting better and bigger all the time.

Genuine company run by honest people
Genuine company run by honest people.
These guys do all they can to ensure everything they do is fully transparent and legitimate. I like a gamble and managed a couple of cash wins when the odds were low (when comps weren’t selling out).
They pride themselves on paying wins even when making a loss. Which was a lot in the early days. I’m more than Happy to give this company 5stars and vouch for them.
