Coal Drop exceeded my expectations. They changed my delivery time when my circumstances altered. The delivery was brought by a local driver before I started work. I am very grateful he reversed down our drive so we didn't have to transport the sacks too far. Thank you Coal Drop.

Ease of ordering. Clear pricing structure easy access to the type of coal I wanted and easy purchasing options. Confirmation phone call for delivery access and then driver putting the pallet exactly where I wanted it.

All ended well but the delivery chap was saddled with a machine that struggled to move the one ton load.
Supply him with a bigger and more powerful machine.
The delivery was nearly refused and sent back.

I am however very pleased that the part of the service you received that was within our control was positive and successful. Good service, happy with the products. Well wrapped which was handy as they had to be left outside on a rainy day. The combo pallet is perfect for what we need as well so saved money not overbuying.
