Fully positive experience
The straight forward ordering process included customer selection of delivery date, which the alternative supplier doesn't provide. This was followed up by a phone call to confirm the date and local accessibility. On the day, the driver was equipment with a powered trolley lift which made moving a 1 ton load much easier than my previous experience of manual trolley jacks. The load itself was very well wrapped against possible rain and to aid load stability. Absolutely nothing negative about the whole experience.

Having brought coal by the tone over the past three years, Coal Drop was a new supplier from my regular go to coal distributor.
I found their prise very competitive for the same product I have been purchasing over recent years. Upon dealing with coal drop, my first impression of their website were very encouraging. Easy to use and navigation was made simple. I did have a question that required speaking to an employee from the company. Upon speaking with them I found their to be extremely polite and professional, also very helpful with regard to the information sort. Overall extremely impressed with the company and their efficiency it delivery of the coal purchased from them.

Logs delivered on a large plastic pallet. We have no way to dispose of it. We will now be incurring costs to have it collected.
