I have to give my review based on the experience from the moment I chose to become a customer. First of communication was to my level of standards, So bravo!
I incurred a 3.5% on top of my payment the next day of the total bill. I don't care if it's $1 or $75 Million Dollars it's the principal.
The Pricing was higher what I have been purchasing from other vendors prior, but Due to the sudden Liquidation of My Private and Personal Life, “Cost of Living” Pressures, Everything Inflated over night! Discrimination at its finest.. Postage and Handling. it was Packaged securely and efficiently Thank You, However just like the Liquidation of My Private & Personal Life, Cost of Living Pressures, My Item arrived later than expected! This is not Blaming or disparaging - This is my observation & I'm being Direct! Customer Service was Fantastic - The Service was Conducted Professionally.. I felt like a 3rd Party did what they could intentionally and deliberately to bring Shame and Stain the Name and Brand of this Business from a Dedicated and Potential Loyal Customer like Me.. I am Not a Hard Person to Please especially when My Bank account now is in the rears Minus -$47. How do you Please a Gentleman with Negative -$47 in his bank account? I like the fact that you can see the tracking process of every step taken. Ive since given the website likn to many mates and told them to go through CNVAPES Australia! Ive never used the customer service options as I trusted the process. Ill definitely be a returning customer 🤙
