Extremely pleasant and helpful. As with many manufactured products these days not everything is in stock.

Promised and paid for delivery and with no update at all, it arrived on another day! Tried to contact them and was just told it’s out for delivery now… very bad customer service and my customers not happy because of this company!

Recently purchased a Hikoki angle grinder kit online. Showing 2 in stock. Two days later I was advised that in fact they had none in stock and cancelled the order. Although still showing they had one on stock. The consequence of this was that my second and third choice of suppliers by now has none in stick and it would have costed me £60 more to purchase. Tool was required for a job and I had no choice but to pay extra for a smaller unit from a different supplier. Purchasing out of stock item was an inconvenience but waiting 2-3 days to tell me was poor.

Although delivery was on time and my order is good quality, i did not receive my full order.

Great service, very competitive, exactly what I ordered, well packaged and delivered on time. Couldn't ask for anything else.

We ordered The Hinge Jig Skeleton (H/JIG/C) in November 2020 (Trend H/JIG/C Skeleton Hinge Jig Two part in case 5132648295182 1 £144.99). Never received, contacted them for over two months, Luke at sales team never has contacted me until I chased items. No prompt investigation of the missing item. I kept the packaging for weeks for someone to look at and ask for an investigation which did not happen. Lost 144.99 and they are not responding.

EDIT after Lewis at the CNS response to my review:

- Missing/undelivered item reported on 22nd November
- Luke at CNS promised to begin a claim with their courier on 26th November.
Two weeks later no contact from Luke, so we chased this with him on 14th December (we were keeping the packaging for the purpose of the investigation). No investigation started by Fedex neither CNS.
- 14th December, we confirmed that one part of the box had transparent tape instead of the branded Trend tape (refer to our email).
- 14th December also we raised our concerns about the timing for the investigation
- 28th December no heard from Luke, so we chased this again.
- 29th December response from the company:
"I haven’t heard anything from Fedex yet. Local authorities will be contacted if and when Fedex complete their investigation. Please be aware, I am chasing Fedex upon every delay so that’s all I can really do until their senior management get back to me. Unfortunately, the festive period doesn’t really help either, but I will try again."
- 11th January: CNS stays silent and not contacting us at all so we are chasing this again.
Response from the CNS: "Once again I am going to forward to your previous email to our Fedex account manager as it appears they need consistent reminders!"
- Two months since and CNS asks for the box!
And so on.

The above clearly shows no willingness to solve the issue, no investigation, no communication. It is highly disappointing. Luke has never contacted us first when promised, we were chasing him all the time. How anyone can consider "this" as an investigation? There was none.

The outcome is that we lost 144.99 as CNS charged us for the item they did not deliver and failed to assist in investigating. Due to their negligence, we lost money. They never provided the evidence of any investigation which they are obliged to do so on our request.

Ordered 7identical items, door handles and fittings. 6 were identical , one was slightly different. However can use them all. Delivered on time.

All good, fast delivery, good prices.

Ordered part from website, paid, then waited. Got an email saying they didnt have the parts and wouldnt get them in again so have refunded the money. Thats fine but the parts shouldnt be on the website if they dont have them
