The undersink water heater I wanted was not broadly available, but CNM online carried it and had it in stock. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday. Great.
The box was well packaged and without damage, but sadly there was a fault with the item.
The customer service was outstanding. I made a call, the person wanted to check something with the engineers and so I requested a call back within 30 mins, which they did and they confirmed they'd replace it. The next day a courier arrived with the replacement and took away the faulty one. It couldn't have been simpler!

Service to be proud of

Emailed the company and spoke to Neil who was so apologetic I felt bad.
He immediately sent out a new water heater which arrived the very next day. He trusted me to send the faulty item after I have fitted the replacement. Which helped.

Item was delivered promptly, but unfortunately was damaged by courier, contacted CNM and a new one was dispatched and arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service and helpful staff.

Unable to order online but when I called the order was generated and order placed as soon as I paid via the email link.
Order arrived the next day to my surprise as I expected to wait for up to a week

Your end was excellent promt dispatch, but the delivery DPD was appalling they said it was delivered and accepted by me but in trueth it was dropped off outside at the door of a house 2hundred yards away and the package was damaged.
