Lightning fast executions! Not perfect with other aspects such as their platform fees but can't complain

There are still issues with Margin. It appears their customer service team is overwhelmed with tickets. they did respond to me today offering to accommodate for all these issues. those seeking support, please be patient with them. they are working on it.

constant issues with using margin. customer service is unable to resolve. they claim an issue with their clearing firm. this has been ongoing for weeks. makes it tough when i'm livestreaming a small account challenge on twitch.

Customer service is very poor. I have been trying to withdraw the money from my account and had been told the money would be arriving after 5-7 business days. It’s been already over two weeks and every time I get in touch with them they send me exactly the same message. I feel like I’m begging them to return my money. I suggest that you don’t open an account in this broker, find an American broker that is well-regulated.

Setting up account was easy. Anytime there has been an issue it was quickly addressed. Most issues have been with the sterling platform, not with CMEG. Always prompt when you contact customer support. Best way to have unlimited trades with small account.

They will work with you until your problem is solved, try it and you will see for yourself. Happy with them.

Fees are getting a bit high though to grow a small account.
A 10 second chart would be a nice to have as well.

I do not recommend this broker. the fees are insanely high, the $2.95 ticket they advertise is false and the fees are priced per fill which is stupid because no other broker does that. there is margin restrictions on everything so you cant trade with leverage as they advertise. even if you use cash they restrict a portion of that as well. the only good thing about CMEG is the platform selection other than that they are useless unless you have maybe $8,000 but at that point your just trying to get over pdt if your using this broker so i would rather trade in a cash account with another broker that doesnt charge insane fees, i was paying north of $500+ a month with this broker. their customer support is great though at least.
