is it me or they are a pain in the A S S with the documentation? even a little bend from the passport they asked for another photo, all the information was super clear.
I suspect they have a translator because I sent all documents in chinese and they are asking all again for many times.
lost my patience after more than 2 weeks. I provided everything which they can knock my door and hijack my PC & account.

I have never seen a broker refund you when the platforms they represent have issues or is glitching. They are fair but firm. They really try to give you excellent service. Can't ask for more.

I have an account with them for two years. I've been investing for the last ten years. I have had accounts with many brokers. Their trading executions are as good as any broker I've tried. Their customer service rocks whenever I needed any assistance. Excellent for any experienced investor and funding your account only requires $500 to start.

Their site is modern, user friendly and fast. Deposits and withdrawals going good so far. Their customer service is excellent.

I just had the most appaling interaction with customer service and I am not surprised that all the 5 star reviews are from users with no previews reviews and they all look like if CMEG itself was drafting their new advertising campaign. I was looking forward to open an account and was asking a few questions, so that me and 2 other friends could proceed with opening accounts for our small account challenge. Apparently, there's a co.uk site and a .com one, and if you reach either, you get the same customer service. After being informed that I could get my "30 days no commission" promotion by signing up until the 29th of February, the moment I try to create my account on the .com site (the one that I kept on receiving links for and, note, I am european, not a Uk citizen), after a lengthy and frustrating exchange of emails, I was informed that I must use the co.uk site and...the promotion ended on the 2nd of February, on that site. Well, even though I only trade with Sterling and this is the only broker with no PDT rule that offers it, I simply quited. On the phone, I was informed that that was no one's fault, which sealed the deal. Note - my first email to CMEG was on January 24th, I had plenty of time to create the account. The sole reason I didn't do it sooner was because at any point I was asked where was I from and that that detail with define which of the two borderline siamese sites I would be able to use. It's remarkable that I've pressured this company to get information, was misguided and by the end, it seems it was my fault. If you want to add unncessary stress to the already stressing activity of trading, this is your go 2. And take a good look at the 5 star reviews. There's a pattern. We know what you're doing

On said email exchange, after expressing my concern about the date, I was told that the promotion was valid until the 29th, no caveats.

After reading the reviews (and the clearly fake ones with 5 starts), I feel blessed that you are grossly incompetent and I’ve dodged this bullet.

Initially I had issues when I started using the Steerling platform. Don't get me wrong, it looks great but as a platform, too many issues when trading in my opinion. Then I requested a platform switch over to DAS and it has been so much better! Should have done that when I had openend my account from the beginning. Other than that, the support has been great and they are very patient when it comes to dealing with situations. Highly recommend them.

I had only joined CMEG at the beginning of the year. So far it has been an excellent experience for me. The commissions are really great by the way and executions are fast. Hope they keep it up!

I love CMEG as a broker! The DAS platform that they offer is very stable and reliable. The user friendly itnerface makes trading a breeze and the low commissions help maximize profits. I paid over $3000 in commissions and fees for the month of January and was unable to trade more than 1/4 of the month due to platform issues. They refused to refund any commissions or fees for the inconvenience. Coincidentally after this interaction with their customer service, my account was restricted to only trading 100 shares at a time, making it impossible to trade. I waited for my platform fee reimbursement to hit my account before I put in a withdrawal request to clear out and close my account. To add insult to injury, they withheld an extra $225 for the platform and data fee for this month even though I am not trading this month. I would dealing with them at all costs.

Very disappointed in CMEG as the customer service is outstanding however the withdrawal time is extremely long. I am still waiting weeks after initiating a withdrawal. Plus, once a withdrawal is requested, you can't actively trade live or in the simulator while the withdrawal is processing. Frustrating to say the least. Otherwise, I have had a decent experience and find the customer service is prompt, courteous, and genuinely caring. The withdrawal time and hassle to get any of your own money out once deposited, ruins an otherwise great broker.
