From the start,Jack at the showroom, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He explained in detail the steps to be taken before my purchase. There was never any pressure to buy.
He was very professional at my home visit and showed me,on computer , what my kitchen would look like and offered advice on what would best suit me.
Both fitters,Scott and Tam ,started work even earlier than I was expecting which suited me.I was delighted with their workmanship and with the final result.
I was impressed that someone from the showroom contacted me each night to ask if I was pleased with the work of that day.
I would highly recommend this company.

I was disappointed with the service and timeline it took to carry out and complete the works. I am in Construction myself and carry out high end construction and hotel projects overseas, I am also a carpenter, joiner to trade with a lot of experience in home improvement. Due to my job overseas I decided to get a company to carry out the work on my house. We spent a lot of money with Clyde to supply and install our new kitchen and downstairs bathroom. There was a lot of work involved and I was given a timeline of around 2 weeks for the works to be completed, however I had the install team in my house for more than 6 weeks.
Workmanship was not bad but the eye for detail and final finish is missing, I had to fix a few things myself and had issues with my new oven which was damaged, my dishwasher didn't work and my washing machine was removed a re-plumbed due to kinked pipes. The design team decided to change one full run on my kitchen without my consent, this had to be changed and I had to wait for the correct units, The overall quality is OK but paying extra for a upgraded unit, I expected more. The install around my American Fridge freezer (which was damaged) is still wrong but I will remove at a later date and fix it myself. I didn't expect to be doing so much snagging work after a job was supposed to be finished.
Clyde advertise that you do not pay until the job is complete but you have to pay Clyde their money before they order your kitchen or bathroom. All money to Clyde is paid upfront and you pay the sub contractors separate, once this was paid then customer service changes, although you get a daily call, I had to really push to get my issues resolved. This took another 2 weeks. I have also been asking for the correct information and cost for the supplied appliances to manage the warranty's, to date I have still not received this information 3 months later.
I was originally going to wait and do the work myself when I had time, I now wish that I had waited,
Very frustrating experience.

From the start of our journey, Clyde kitchens were incredible. The lovely Rochelle helps us design our bathroom and took extensive time to go through the options for us and did an amazing job at helping us keep to our budget. The actual install was great. Both the fitter and tilers did a great job. We’re very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. The aftercare has been great. We still have one more part to complete but this was held up due to us getting new windows. I have no doubt this will go as smoothly as the rest.

We will be back when the time comes to upgrade our kitchen.

Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish from the design of the bathroom to installation. The fitters were on time every day and extremely tidy. The company called daily to ensure we were happy with the work being carried out. The end result is fabulous I would highly recommend this company for price and efficiency.

From the very start Rochelle was an absolute joy to deal with. Who knew choosing a bathroom could be so enjoyable! Rochelle is fantastic in every way and because of her we will be back for our future kitchen next!

My experience with clyde kitchens and bathrooms was absolutely brilliant from when Scott the planner came made me feel so relaxed and with absolutely no pressure on what my bathroom could be like giving it was so old and tired he went out his way taking measurements and then sending me different disgns on what it could be like oh my goodness was I delighted i was absolutely overwhelmed and he so helped me from the onset from start to finish of bathroom with the best fitter out who was amazing and I can't thank him enough who went out his way to every step of perfection what a professional honestly highly recommend this company they absolutely brilliant and very trustworthy and keep you informed through all with there up date calls from sharon at head office such a wonderful team xxxx

I got a bathroom fitted . Scott came out to my house and was very pleasant and listened to what I wanted .
He did a few design as I kept changing my mind on what I wanted it to look like . This wasn’t a problem . I finally decided on the layout . Then I started to look at tiles flooring etc again I changed my mind a good few times before I made a final decision. There was no pressure and they were happy for me to change my Mind they were patient and didn’t rush me .
We were in contact nearly every day.
The date I was given was the date that it stsrted .
The bathroom fitter was excellent the workmanships was to a very high standard .
The old bathroom was picked up and took away a day later .
Overall I was very happy and would highly recommend this team .
Sharon and Scott called me after the bathroom was fitted to make sure I was happy which i definitely was .

Consultant, Jack, was proactive, polite, patient (with my changes of mind) and designed exactly what we needed. Kitchen fitter, Ben and colleagues, recommended by Clyde, were excellent at their job and also polite and respectful to our property and us.

From start to finish it was made easy for me.Cameron was so helpful with everything and the fitter Stevie couldn't do enough for us. To get a phone call every night from Sharon from the office every night, you knew you gone with the right company.

I had new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Everyone from sales to fitters came on time to the scheduled appointment. Scott was the fitter and kept in touch throughout as I was not there to oversee the fitting. Sharon called daily to find out how the fitting was going. All went smoothly. Very good company to work with and very pleased with new kitchen and bathroom. Very pleased overall.

Had a great experience with Clyde kitchens. My kitchen designer Jack Young was great, so down to earth & had lots of patience with me as I was so indecisive about certain things, he was very helpful in giving me tips & advice & never put any pressure on, something I was grateful for. He made me feel relaxed about things, something else I was grateful for. He was always at the other end of the phone at anytime if I had any questions, overall lovely guy.
Kitchen fitters Billy & Lee were also amazing. Reliable, very punctual & very hard working. Their workmanship is immaculate, so impressed by them both.
My kitchen is just what I dreamt about & more! Absolutely thrilled to bits & so happy with my kitchen. Thank you Clyde Kitchens 🤩

From design, fitting – (Allan was brilliant), electrical & plumbing works, removing all my old kitchen etc and the customer care ALL were outstanding – daily contact to make sure we were happy with everything.
So Delighted with my new kitchen.

Rochelle and Sharon looked after us from start to finish. Our kitchen is simply stunning, Rochelle came to the house and made the picture in my head a reality including things we hadn’t thought of. Kevin the kitchen fitter then made it all happen and built our dream kitchen. Such a professional job from beginning to end, nothing was too much bother for him. Sharon phoned every night of the build to check we were happy at every stage also. Highly recommended company and fitter.

From the beginning with Phil everything went smoothly. Input to layout on home visit was very helpful. Visit to showroom to finalise design was quickly arranged and again very helpful. Pleasantly surprised that an early fitting date was available. Price was very reasonable making it easy for an almost immediate order.
Kitchen arrived on schedule, no damage or missing items etc. Issue with island table top was addressed and resolved almost immediately. Our fitters Nikolay and Tina were excellent. Kept us up to date with updates and questions to ensure everything was perfect. Nothing was a problem. Their coordination of electrician, plumber, tiler and uplift was as good as it could have been.
Medium to large kitchen completed in 7 days with regular calls from Sharon at Clyde Kitchens to check on progress and any issues. We are delighted with the finished kitchen and would and have already highly recommend Clyde Kitchens.

Kitchen quality is superb. Design process was great- it was revised several times as I worked out what would work best for me.
Fitter was excellent and the whole job was done exactly on time. He spotted a couple of snags including a mark on a foot that I hadn’t seen.
Remedial dept came out 3 times with replacement doors until it was perfect.

Would highly recommend.
