Received an unsolicited phone call from this company and the phone operator told me they had used a service to access my mobile number via linkedin. Extremely intrusive and rude

Edit because I can't reply to the company's reply to this review. I was told I was being called due to being a software engineer for a certain large UK company, and he said CloudSpace is a cloud hosting service that is a competitor for the hosting service the company I work for currently uses so after double checking I'm fairly confident this is the correct company unless I somehow got the name from the call entirely wrong which feels unlikely

Signed up, set up the server, all going well, then received an email from cloudspace a few months later stating they are dropping the service I am on, and offering a replacement service at a 500% increase in price.
Wow.

Been using CloudSpace for my VPS for a few years now. Can’t fault it, I’ve not experienced any downtime and it’s worked as expected throughout and the connection speeds have been perfectly adequate.

Cloudspace have always provided great service for us.
They helped configure our cloud servers initially, have been flexible about the occasional ramping up or cutting back in servers used, and have even helped resolve issues when we have experienced issues installing 3rd party software onto one of the cloud servers that they host!
We would recommend them to anyone looking for a smaller scale solution than the big Azure, AWS cloud solutions.

We use email, web hosting and dedicated server hosting and all services work well. Support tickets are attended to promptly and helpfully.

I have been with this company for a few years now. They are amazing! Always there to help if there are any issues. Adrian and Ish in support are legends.

Would not ever look to use someone else to host our websites.

Good service generally, but too many interruptions. There have been multiple occasions where despite having set up a direct debit, Cloud Space have failed to take payment and have stopped service without any warning. Their telephone attendance to resolve matters has been very good.

I’m an IT technician and have been a customer of CloudSpace for the last 4 years, I have a dedicated server with them thats performed perfectly and serves 4 office users simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
They provided me with all the licenses, services and support i required at the time of deployment.
Whenever I’ve had an issue they’ve always been quick to respond with the highest level of cooperation.

Great customer service, Fast delivery times and most of all very stable network.

In almost 20 years of dealing with website hosts, CloudSpace has definitely been the best. Downtime is very rare and tickets are dealt with prompty. I don't have a single complaint about them - highly recommended.

We have had a CloudSpace UK virtual machine for some years. They provide a high quality infrastructure with great uptime. Their cloud services, their technical knowhow when support when required and their overall service are all top notch. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. In fact, we placed one of our clients' VM requirement on their platform also.
