Ordered a pair of uggs on Saturday for next day delivery (Monday). The website clearly says:
"Please note that if you place a Next Day Order anytime on Friday, Saturday or on Sunday before 5pm, it will be delivered Monday". However when I contact cloggs they said orders placed over the weekend will be despatched Monday and delivered Tuesday...
When the uggs arrived they had clearly been tried on because they were stretched and much larger than when I had previously tried them on in store. I ordered another pair that day in a different colour for next day delivery. It sai on the website order within 2 hours for next day delivery. Surprise surprise, they didn't arrive. Rung for the third time to be told that they weren't in stock and would be coming in a few days time (even though the website said 2 left).
I have no faith that it's going to arrive to be honest, I won't be buying from cloggs again and their next day delivery is completely unreliable.

On black friday I had just purchased some Vans slip on classics from the vans store and it gave me the idea to search online to see if I could find another pair for a bargain.

I found Cloggs.co.uk, and a good deal for a pair of Vans slip on in a vintage blue. Also with a discount code to make them an even better deal.

I added them to my basket and was on the final payment page before i rechecked the item as the picture showed a suede shoe, while the description was saying it was a canvas shoe with a floral design. I was a little confused on what the shoe was. As both image and description didn't seem to match.

So I gave their customer service a call, only took 2 minutes or less to get through to a person. I explained my situation above, and the agent on the phone said she'd have a check, she looked at the page I was on and was as confused as I. But she seemed kind enough to try help, and she had checked about 4 different websites (vans shoes and some other retail sites) which had the same shoe to try get the answer.

She had a gut feeling it was a 80% chance of suede but wasn't confident enough to say for certain. But with their free returns till Mid January, it would've only cost me £2 to ship out.

So I decided to purchase the shoe in hope they were suede.

They had just arrived today (Sunday, 5.11pm) via my hermes. And my gamble paid off, a quality suede skate shoe.

I rarely get a Sunday delivery. But I am impressed with their customer service kindness to help, and the really quick delivery.

I ordered a pair of infant shoes on Monday (26th). It is now Friday (30th) and I still hae not received anything. I called up and was promised a call back, which i did not get but apparently I did! I called again after 2 hours of waiting for the guy to tell me that its lost and there is no tracking number to see where they are. REALLY? And that the item wasn't in stock when i placed my order. YET THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY in under 5 seconds. I was told there was nothing they could do except offer an alternative shoe or cancel the order. IF I WANTED AN ALTERNATIVE SHOE IM SURE I WOULD HAVE ORDERED THOSE INSTEAD! Now i must wait 3-5 days for my refund. The shoes were a gift that were supposed be worn tomorrow (saturday 31st) but because of this rubbish company that will NOT be happening. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ONE STINKING BIT.

Great selection of boots at Cloggs and very fast next day delivery which I can't fault. However, I've ordered a couple of times now and both times took nearly two weeks to process my refund.I reminded them via email and miraculously a day later the refund had processed! Also having to return via collect+ is a bit of a pain, and seems to take longer in my experience. I'd rather pay for the delivery and have a smooth return/refund process.

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on a Friday night and they arrived the next day, even being a Saturday. Before I made the purchase, I also took out some doubts on Cloggs facebook and I was readily answered. The boots were just as described in the website and Cloggs was always sending me emails to update the details of the delivery. I strongly recommend the website and would definetively buy there again!

I've had three dealing with Cloggs now over the last year, all for Docs and can say unequivocally there is no better place to look for shoes. The availability of promo codes both online and from Cloggs directly (emails, vouchers in deliveries) mean they present the best value on top of their lower than RRP standard prices. This last purchase I got Chelsea boots for £72, RRP of £110. Ordered yesterday at noon, just delivered today at 5pm with free tracked delivery. No brainer. Also having shopped around a lot (force of habit), there are increasingly few places that offer free returns, most require at least £3-4 in prearranged labels, but Cloggs do free returns and the return label comes with the delivery. Shop with confidence.

I've had three dealings with Cloggs to date, & all three experiences have exceeded my expectations. Their Customer Service is second to none, they go over & above, & the whole delivery/returns process is so efficient, simple & straight forward. Cloggs is now my first port of call for my shoes, & my children's shoes. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I ordered shoes for work, however the wrong address was given to the courier, despite me correcting this in the website when I placed the order. I tried phoning cloggs to correct this but got to answer - it goes through to voicemail after five minutes of being on hold, I process I went through three times without an answer. So I tried the livechat - again I had to try for over ten minutes to connect to anybody because it said all the agents were busy. When I did finally connect it took 20 minutes to receive three responses. When I asked what was taking so long the agent said that it was because he had to answer phone calls in between sending messages. In all it took me an hour for a simple address change! It would have been quicker to go buy the shoes from a shop.

After I made an error ordering I emailed customer services on a Sunday evening. To my surprise they responded within minutes with a perfect answer. Product arrived well within the delivery time. The product was exactly as described. Best online experience I have ever had. Perfect.

I ordered a pair of Kickers Hi kick boots for my mum which are £80 on the Kickers website and got them for £42.50 from cloggs! I ordered the black with pink laces and stitching which were on offer from £75 down to £50 and on top of that was still able to use the 15% discount for first time customers. Total bargain! Also I ordered on Sunday afternoon and they were delivered today so only 2 days and free delivery too. Would definitely shop here again.

I used CLOGGS for the first time and I am very impressed with it. I didn't even know the company, but while I was searching for a specific pair of Palladium Men boots, Cloggs popped up my google search as the only online story that has the right pair and the right size in stock.
I live in Denmark, so I was a bit nervous to order the shoes, but after checking CLOGGS of Trustpilot I saw all the positive feedback and I felt more confident to order.
I also liked the fact that the is no huge price difference between regular shipping and express. I chose express and within 2 working days I got my pair of shoes.
Another plus: really nice customer service and way of keeping in touch with the client through emails. I got several confirmation emails that really made me feel taken care of and calm about my order.

The pair of Palladium boots that I ordered were the right color and size. Really nice quality. The package looked really neat and well wrapped.

I've purchased two pairs of shoes from Cloggs online. One of them came in a wrong color. But I was too busy to return and claim for a refund as I know they're kind enough to provide a long refund period! Hence after a few months I returned the pair of shoes, and I forgot that I haven't receive the refund. After a month I contacted Cloggs customer service with my reference number. They are very helpful and helped me to process my refund as soon and efficiently. I really love their attitude in solving customer's request. Thanks! Will be back for more amazing purchases :)

I have been delighted with the service received from two orders placed for Sketchers Go Walk 2 pumps recently. Correspondence and speed of delivery has been excellent in both cases. I ordered the last pair on 26th August 15 and they were delivered the following day using standard delivery option! I will be using Cloggs as my first port of call for future shoes. If you are nervous of ordering on-line with this company - fear not, I have found them 100% reliable.

Ordered a pair of expensive wellies for a festival, had an email confirmation and the money was taken from my bank account, yet still no sign of wellies, a week later there was still no delivery, so I made phone call to them only to find out that they had none left in stock, and I got a refund. annoyed that they took the money without knowing they had them or not, and also that they didn't bother to inform me or refund me and soon as they realised they were not available for me to have.

Ordered a pair of Toms yesterday evening. A knock at the door before 9am this morning (Saturday) and I could not believe they were here already, especially as I had only chosen the free standard delivery. Less than 12 hours from order to door.... Perfect.

First an item I ordered, which was clearly listed as being in stock, was never delivered, although I purchased next day delivery. I called the day after and was then told that it hadn't been delivered due to a stocking error. I asked why they hadn't informed me and they said they should have done. Well, that didn't help me. Cancellation was processed quickly.
I then ordered an alternative, which was again to arrive within a one hour window the next day. I had to wait a considerable amount of time til I found out what the one hour slot would even be. You didn't get to choose, which seemed odd. Anyway, I received a text telling me the time and I was aware I would not be in, so I ordered to have it delivered to a local collection point. It wasn't delivered that day and I had to call the company and never got through, which prompted me to leave a voicemail. I then received a text, which didn't provide me with the number I needed to collect the item, so again I called. I eventually received a text with a new link and a number. A lengthy, very time consuming process. I shall not be shopping here again. It's disappointing that no effort was made to compensate me as a customer or offer any discount off the purchase I have made etc. Disappointing.

Excellent company to deal with, online ordering was simple and straight forward, with secure payment. Delivery was amazingly fast (ordered Sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning) and communication from them every step of the way, such as confirmation of what had been ordered and when delivery could be expected, etc. First class.

I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service at cloggs at every stage they kept me updated so I knew exactly what was happening I have ordered goods in the past and will certainly do it again I would strongly recommend this company

I rang Cloggs to sort out the discount code which I couldn't apply online. The man I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He applied the code for me and my Fitflops were ordered. This was about 7.30 in the evening and, without an extra charge, my shoes arrived the next day. The service provided by Cloggs is the best out of all the mail order companies I use and I would recommend them to anyone.
