Could you please pass on my delight to your management team as I received my paw print triple bracelet today. I didnt think it would come so quickly. It is absolutely stunning and I am very happy with how the engraving has come out. I love your collection and have earrings, rings and bracelets from Clogau. They are well made and look amazing. Thank you for bringing such a beautiful collection.

My partner bought me a Clogau bracelet a few years ago which unfortunately broke recently. I contacted customer services and they asked me to send it to them for repair. The bracelet was quickly repaired and sent back to me via special delivery. I was really impressed by the service received and would definitely buy from Clogau again.

My precious gift of a bracelet was unfortunately broken after just a few months. After just one email, no arguments and within a couple of days this was replaced by Clogau, their customer service is indeed second to none .

I recently emailed Clogau to see if they could do anything with a ring I purchased in 2016 . It was purchased in memory of my beautiful sister so was more than just jewelry .
Lucas who took my email very promptly emailed me back and with no hesitation said to send it to them to see what could be done .
On Saturday I received it back and was so overwhelmed with the result . My beautiful keepsake was back to when I first purchased it .
I’d like to thank Lucas and all that were involved . It means the absolute world to me and I know that my sister will be smiling too . That’s the reason I only buy Clogau because the after care is outstanding . Thank you again Jenny x

I Bought a 18ct gold ring and took the option to have it engraved. When I received the ring it was missing the engraving. Contacted customer service who apologised and told me I had to send it back at my expense and they would have to charge me £15 as they claimed the checkout system did not charge me even though it was clearly on my invoice with the ring + engraving printed on the invoice . I sent my invoice to Christian in customer service to prove this who was absolutely useless giving me the same generic replies. I gave up in the end. If you have any problems with your Clogau order forget any kind of customer service its absolutely terrible. Will never buy from this company again.

I purchased a sterling silver and rose gold signet ring from a Clogau store I am very happy with my purchase and like the bimetallic combination and nicely designed dragon. One criticism I have is the overall price of the item relative to its precious metal content. I did however really like the design of the ring so decided I would get it anyway. The store experience is very good and there was plenty of different sizes in stock to try on.

Contacted clogau with a couple of issued. I messaged and received an answer in a totally acceptable time limit and have been so pleased with the customer service I have received from day one. Well done Thomas at clogau.

My husband ordered two items from this company for me as a surprise. The bracelet arrived and it is very cheap looking and not worth the money. The second item was a personalised keyring. The item arrived and the name was wrong on the keyring. He contacted customer service to be told, even though it’s their error, they could not send a replacement until the original one was returned. He sent a photo and asked for the replacement with the correct name to be sent out and they refused until the wrong was returned. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company as the jewellery does not look like the images and the quality is not what it should be.

Absolutely useless company with poor quality jewellery. I have owned numerous bracelets, necklaces and rings from them but I have had 3 rings break despite minimal use. They never offer a refund and as they are out of warranty I have to fix at my own cost despite the obvious design flaws. Interestingly I seem to not be the only one having these issues. Avoid at all costs and spend your money elsewhere!

Edit. They seem to send these replies about how sorry they are yet don’t seem to do anything about it.

It has now been 9 weeks since we placed our order, and there is still no sign of our rings. Despite repeated assurances from your sales team that our order would arrive by the end of the week, and promises that it would be closely monitored with regular updates, none of this has happened.

Frankly, it feels as though these promises were simply lies to keep us quiet. We have received no meaningful updates, and it is clear that your team cannot be trusted to keep their word. We are extremely disappointed and disgusted by this level of dishonesty and poor customer service.

We expected far better, especially given the importance of this purchase. This experience has left us feeling let down and frustrated.

I contacted Clogau Gold about a repair to my necklace and I received great service and help. The members of the team I dealt with were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I've bought a lot of staff from this Company, online. I've had no issues until my last purchase. With the issues we all now seem to be having with Delivery Companies, I generally order well in advance so that when the damn things get dumped on doorsteps and get stolen, or "go missing" in transit - I've got time to rectify or go for an alternative pressie. Unfortunately Clogau are firmly entrenched in their own world and insist that items must be registered within one month of purchase!! When I politely asked for a small extension to this period so my wife wouldn't have our Anniversary spoilt by getting an email about the warranty before she got the gift if I registered at within a month, the response was brusque and politely unpolite, although they did eventually concede but insisted I email then to get them to back-date the warranty two weeks once she registered it. WAY to much hassle for something they could easily handle through the registration screen anyway!! Sadly, although the items are wonderful - the attitude deters from future purchases.

Served by a young, brash girl in Cardiff store who had no customer service at all. She was rude and would quite happily have not offered a refund if it wasn’t for a superior jumping in. Very disappointed indeed.

Unfortunately Id avoid this supplier in the future.
Poor service in relation to my sons ring. The ring has broken twice and was a anniversary birthday present. Clogau wont repair or offer a refund. Very disappointed. Our next option is sell it for scrap gold. You dont expect a ring with normal use to break twice in a short time period just unsatisfactory quality for this product honestly id look elsewhere.

I had to write to say how delighted I am with the repaired ring and watch I received today.

The workmanship is second to none, but more than that the communication and service throughout has been excellent - from attending the Clogau boutique in Cardiff to receiving 2 of the 3 items today.

An excellent company all round!

I had a fantastic experience with Clogau — not only is the “Tree of Life” ring absolutely beautiful and perfectly crafted, but the customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
Henry from the team went above and beyond to keep me informed about my order, even when there were minor delays. His communication was always kind, professional, and reassuring. I felt truly looked after throughout the whole process.

I previously purchased a ring and a necklace from Clogau and had to return both of them due to faults. The rhodium plating on the ring was all uneven and marked and the necklace was dirty under the glass, despite them both being brand new.
I repurchased the ring and have had nothing but problems with it. Despite very little wear as it was a dress ring which I would only wear on evenings out which was few and far between, and a pearl came off. On contacting Clogau they advised me I could return it however I would be required to return at my expense and they would decide if I would be charged for fixing the ring. I was quite upset as I had hardly worn it and pearls should not be falling out of it. I was also concerned at the uncertainty of whether they would fix the fault and not at my expense and concerned how much it may cost to fix. I requested and estimate of the cost to repair should they expect me to pay and before I incurred the cost of Special Delivery postage to return. If they quoted me a cost that was high, I could have obtained other costs to compare before returning. Reluctantly I returned it and they fixed it however it happened again and again.
The ring was returned 3 times, I believe, and fixed and still the pearls came out. It appears it was a design fault.
In the end I questioned the viability of it being fixed again and now I cannot get the ring fixed.
In initially viewing the details of Royal Heritage they have put on their website, I felt that Clogau must be good quality. It appears that Welsh gold from the Clogau St David mine has been used for the Royals, and as I understand, many of which were before the Clogau of Wales Ltd was founded but I don’t know or could establish if any of the Royals items were supplied by Clogau of Wales but I have found the quality of the products I have had to not be of a good standard and doubt very much that the Royals would have the issues I have experienced with any of their items.
I had looked at buying a tennis bracelet which is silver and topaz, an inexpensive gem but at £270 I found this to be expensive for silver, but in view of my experience and reading other people’s experiences, I would be concerned about purchasing
What always amazes me when you write a review for a company that you are impelled to do because you have not received satisfactory service when you have attempted to resolve the issue with them directly, is that they respond to your review as though it is the first they have heard about it. Clogau has had numerous attempts to resolve the issue on the numerous occasions I have contacted them and I certainly would not want to put all my personal details for everyone to view on a review. I am also offended that you detail that I have not included details of the verified purchase as it could infer that it is not a genuine review. I chose to leave the review because of the poor service and fail to see how that will change in contacting you again. The qualities of Clogau you detail in your response which you appear to try and demonstrate how good you are, are not my experience with Clogau.

Great products but even better customer service. Having bought a number of items over the years without any issue, a recent gift from my sons broke. I returned it under the warranty (only6 months old). It was repaired and returned all within a little over a week. I could not have asked for more. Thank you
