After an experience with Click your flat, I would like to share some constructive feedback, particularly regarding the organizational difficulties encountered.

I found myself caught in a veritable logistical tangle, which seemed to stem directly from poor rapport among team members. This dynamic, instilled in my opinion by a team member – likely connected to management – through their lack of commitment and consideration, visibly undermined cohesion and efficiency.

It is fair to say that the quality of the service left me profoundly dismayed, to the point where one could describe the process as… cataclysmic. From booking to the moment of fully enjoying the service, absolutely nothing went as planned. Such disorganization leads to a level of frustration that borders on the surreal.

The final result fell dramatically short of expectations, with work lacking the precision and professionalism one would anticipate.
I do not plan to repeat the experience,but I wish the company well in evolving towards more equitable and demanding practices.

Had an awesome stay! All amenities were included in the apartment. The room could use a garbage can but other than that, everything was thought of and available!

Estancia perfecta, un espacio confortable y con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. Fácil y cómodo, ha sido un placer haber estado en este apartamento. Su ubicación más que buena, excelente!

私たちは以前予約をしていたアパートを旅行の2週間ほど前に突然キャンセルされ、こちらアパートを直前に見つけて予約しました。立地も、値段もお手頃でこちらのアパートにして本当によかったと感じています。
事前のご連絡も丁寧で、セキュリティーもしっかりしていてわかりやすく説明してくれました。トイレ、シャワーも２つずつあり、大人数での宿泊にとても便利でした。水回りはとても清潔で感動しました。トイレもシャワーもとても綺麗です。困ったことは何もありませんでした。タオル、洗濯機、洗剤、キッチンも完備されていて素晴らしかったです。
次またパリに行く際は、宿泊したい部屋です。
みなさんにオススメしたい部屋です。

Wonderful apartment! Very spacious and everything is provided! Host was very attentive and helpful as well. Residents were very kind and helpful. Location is fantastic, steps away from train station/metro, shops, restaurants, and grocery.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito, camere ampie e comode (noi eravamo in 9) posizione centrale e vicino alla metro. Le 5 stelle le merita !!!

Beautiful unit - 3 spacious bedrooms, smart TV, comfortable beds, clean, toiletries provided. Washer + dryer in unit to top it off. 5 stars all around, a perfect place for any family or small or large group.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio idéalement situé, à deux pas du métro. L'immeuble est très propre et les voisins sont sympathiques, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L'hôte a été d'une réactivité exemplaire. À chaque fois que nous avons eu une question ou rencontré un problème, il a répondu rapidement et efficacement, assurant ainsi que notre séjour se déroule sans accroc. Cette attention aux détails et cette disponibilité ont vraiment fait la différence.

Świetna opcja na pobyt w Paryżu! Mieszkanie jest ulokowane w najlepszej dzielnicy - Pola Elizejskie. Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji - Łuk Triumfalny, Luwr, Wieża Eiffla, co jest niewątpliwą zaletą.

Mieszkanko jest przytulne i idealne na weekendowy pobyt, posiada niezbędne wyposażenie a gospodarze są bardzo pomocni w przypadku nagłych problemów.
Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny.
Z mojej perspektywy 10/10.

Excelente apartamento, bien ubicado, limpio, bonito, con todas las comodidades para una estancia feliz. Louise fue una gran anfitriona, pendiente de todo desde que hicimos la reserva hasta el final. No dudaría un instante en volver a alojarme allí con mi familia.

The room was super cozy and nice with all the basic needs we require. Room is well done up. The location is also very good and convenient. Close to the metro and in the middle of the city centre.
Our experience was good and I would recommend others to also opt for this room.
