Saw Deesha at Chelmsford for my 3 year old daughter. She was very good with her and very patient giving her lots of opportunity to respond before interfering. Very informative, knowledgable and explained everything clearly. Also emailed me the report findings straight away. Seen on time also. Recommend to parents of young kids.

My son has special needs and is funny about his ears but suffers with earwax we walked in and everyone was so lovely an helpful and the place was clean I won’t be taking him anywhere else for his ears he had a good experience thank u all

Audiologist very knowledgeable very friendly and puts you at ease

Attended to have my ears syringed.The whole process was explained fully and the procedure was done efficiently and without any problems.
If I needed the same procedure again I would certainly use Click Hearing again.

Went to the upminster branch.Had trouble with ear wax since my 20s and I'm now 70.Absolutely hate irrigation.At my last appointment with the nurse at the surgery there was still some wax left and I was told to put drops in for 10 days and go back.Decided to try microsuction instead.Very nice reception area at upminster.Receptionist very nice and helpful.The young man I saw was also very nice.The inside of your ear is shown on a screen.The wax I had was not covering the ear drum so it was decided that it didn't need removing.When it does I will definitely go I back to click hearing,even though I can get it done for free on the nhs!

I had a fantastic experience. The lady that attended to me was the best, very pleasant and I felt comfortable. It’s a shame I don’t remember her name, but she was simply the best.
