I attended Click Hub in Hornchurch. It was a difficult building to find and access. The saving grace was the young lady who syringed my ears. She was charming and put me at ease immediately.

From start to finish my experience has far exceeded my nervous expectations.
Everything was explained using the medical facts and elaborated on in a way I could understand. I felt at ease to ask questions and to say if I didn't understand something.

This is my 3rd time visiting the Chelmsford branch but my second time with Georgia. I can honestly say as someone who was apprehensive the first time going there, don’t be. The reception team are wonderful and very talkative, the ambience is lovely but a special thanks to Georgia who has on both occasions delivered a customer experience like few others know how to. Gentle, kind, caring and informative about what is going on.
The Chelmsford centre are lucky to have her and whilst I hope not to have to go back any time soon, I will be booking with Georgia if needed.

I can hear again
I was struggling to hear so went here for ear wax removal. The lady who dealt with the procedure couldn’t be nicer, answering any questions I had,and I had lots and put me at my ease through the whole procedure. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone with hearing issues
