I attended Click Hub in Hornchurch. It was a difficult building to find and access. The saving grace was the young lady who syringed my ears. She was charming and put me at ease immediately.

Excellent service! From making the appointment to getting the report afterward, everyone we interacted with were professional and welcoming. The details such as the best places to park for your clinic were so helpful. The assessment for my son was great and tailored to his age and found results I did not even consider could be impacting his hearing! Overall I am extremely happy with this service and would not hesitate to recommend Click Hearing.

I had my yearly hearing check with Ben, he was very thorough and explained everything fully. The alterations have made a big difference and I’m happy with the outcome .
The staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble.
I would fully recommend Click hearing.

We saw Ben Mann for our 5 year old…
We saw Ben Mann for our 5 year old daughter who has glue ear in both ears. He was very thorough and booked our referral to Springfield hospital so quickly. Definitely recommend Click Hearing!

Very convenient
Very convenient, efficient and effective service in an age when everything else seems to be complicated, ineffective and frustrating. Well done, you are bookmarked and I will be back. Also recommending you when people enquire about ear problems. Very frequently because of wax build up.

Ben at Ramsden Heath
Had my ears cleared by Ben at Ramsden Heath on Friday 3rd Ben was completely professional in explaining what the procedure was going to be and advising the best way forward.
Five minutes later my ears were cleared without any pain.
Had a hearing test after which was a bonus.
I thoroughly recommend Ben and will have no qualms in returning if the need arises.

Excellent treatment. Lisa was very gentle and explained the whole procedure prior to and during. It made me feel very relaxed and at ease. You resolved the issue and advises me as well. Very happy and I've recommended as well.
