Im, not their customer anymore because I cancelled the contract/number earlier which was 2 years ago.
As I never used their services due to earlier cancellation.
However, they have been sending emails to renew the contract and pay 35 pounds.
If the contract was cancelled 2 years ago why do I have to renew?
Why do I still get this type of email and phone call?
This is an abuse of customer privacy.
They have poor customer service or something that looks like a scam company.

We've used Cleartone now for just under 2 years and we've been really happy with the service provided. Having 2-4 people being able to answer the phone is key to us in a busy industry and the calls recorded adds to a safer regulated environment for us. Just renewed and happy to say they have provided everything we've wanted. David has been a great account manager too supporting us when we've needed him.

Still waiting for the refund, has being chasing this rubbish company for a while. No response for messages nothing. Very poor customer service & rubbish services. Joke part is all these happens after refund request accepted

We've used VOIP lines since its inception and have several numbers already but was looking for something fresh for our non geographic number and a little more professional without being over the top. Absolutely fed up with trying to be sold a full blown enterprise level service when what i needed was a reliable number. Jaimin made the process easy and the follow up has been great. Pleased to say the numbers already up and running and the support has been great.
