Clean Credit was extremely professional…
Clean Credit was extremely professional in all of my dealings with them. They kept me informed of the progress and I found them to be tenacious in ensuring my file was exponged of all incorrect postings.
Well worth the money.

Unfortunately I had to use Clean Credit to help
me clear a minor ‘default’. The default was to Telstra who had admitted that it had been in the wrong but I was unable to get traction to get it resolved and removed from my credit file. Clean Credit assisted greatly in escalating it to have it resolved quicker than I had expected (but it still takes some time).

Absolutely amazing and transparent.
Jamil was absolutely amazing! He was able to get an old default removed over the course of a month and went through the entire history of the debt, and communicated with the company that reported it on my behalf. He was able to recognise that the default wasn’t legitimate and failed to meet legislative requirements for listing and as such had it removed. He did what I’d been trying for months to do and was professional the entire time. It was absolutely worth the money and I cannot recommend it enough.
