Bought 2 pairs of very comfortable work shoes. Signed up for the email marketing with the offer of 10% off my order, the code appeared at the top of my screen but had disappeared by the time I got to the checkout (I don't think it liked me using the back button), and the accompanying email didn't give me the code either. Candice has arranged for the 10% to be refunded (thanks) but I'd rather have had the code at checkout. Looking at some of the other reviews it's not only me that had had problems with discount codes.

Don't use the outlet,if you do your get damaged scratched boots.
And a long wait for customer service to get back intouch with you.
They will then apologise for sending your daughter damaged boots.Even though they where brought from the boys section .And the small fact also is that I don't have a daughter.

Spoke with Candice today in customer service as unable to visit the store due to lockdown. She was the most pleasant, helpful and friendly person I have ever spoken to any customer service field. Very efficient service. Refund given for my son's trainers which developed a fault only two month's after being purchased!

The worth online website I 've ever used . Their customer services is shocking. If you don't chase anything you can wait for weeks ... never ever will I use them again even if prices are attractive

Unfortunately really bad customer service. Returned goods. Had to wait months for refund. No communication despite attempts to contact them.

Astounding customer service! I literally could not have asked for a more helpful and supportive call operator (Candice) she solved my problem efficiently and professionally. A very kind, understanding and caring response to a stressed out mum looking for emergency shoes 48 hours before school starts! Always buy my daughters school shoes from here and have found the service to be great except they take an age to deliver, approx 5-7 days! Great shoes at a fraction of the price. Can’t fault it really.

I had received mixed messages re sizing at different Clarkes stores so after having my children measured I decided to look at the outlet store. After finding the shoes available didn't match the sizes selected I called and spoke with Candice who was super helpful and really friendly!!! A great team member who resolved my queries and I now have shoes for the whole family at a much more affordable price than buying in store.

Have purchased similar style of Clarks shoes for many years. Thought it cheaper to purchase online at Clarks outlet, but I'm not covinced the shoes I've got are genuine Clarks.
I notice that the "Clarks" name is not embossed on the side of shoe. All other Clarks shoes I've owned have had this.
They are exremely uncomfortable on the soles of the feet. The sole is very soft and flexible unlike other pairs I have owned. I believe Clarks have a thin metal plate going the length of the sole (well that's what I was told at a customs check once, when I had to take my shoes off because of the metal). Theses shoes are far to flexible to have that, compared to previous shoes I've owned.
I wish I'd of gone to Clarks website and not Clarks Outlet, which I will have to do now anyway, to purchase a comfortable pair of shoes.

Despite a few attempts to use a provided discount code and numerous calls to customer service to no avail, eventually I had a personal e-mail with an apology and a discount code that worked. Thanks to all concerned.

I recently went onto the Clark's to purchase shoes for my teenage son (in adult sizes) where I was encouraged to see a 20% discount for adult shoe purchases. No matter how many times I tried to apply the discount it wouldn't work so I had to order the shoes at advertised price (still a great buy as they were reduced.) I messaged Clark's on Twitter and while the reply there wasn't helpful or relevant I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email crediting back the discount I should have received. At a time such as this I hugely appreciated this attention to detail and act of kindness.

Ordered shoes online 23/7/20 paying through PayPal. Told that that now out of stock although advertised and money taken. Enquired days later that they had initiated refund on the 24th and to allow 3 to 5 working days.
This is now the 8th of August and still no refund.
Where this has happened with other companies the refund has been within 24 hours.
On discussing with my wife it turned out she'd to wait weeks in the past for a refund which she'd received after many emails to them.
I wouldn't like to think this was some kind of policy of theirs not to refund instantly.

I bought a pair of shoes the 28th of July and a few minutes after I changed my mind.After looking on their website I found two ways 1) outlet.customer.cancellationATclarksDOTcom 2) via menssage from their web site. Plus I sent one message to outlet.customercareATclarksDOTcom and throught Clarks Facebook website (just in case)
What happened?
A few hours after this, I received a confirmation by email (automatic) regarding my item. Ok, is an automatic thing.ok ok
Next day I received a message from Clarks facebook site"
"Hi Sebastian
There is normally quite small window to be able to do this (cancel a purchase I guess).To enable me to assist further, please cnfirm your order number, you are the account holder, your e-mail address and billing address?
Thank you - Ellysia"
After confirm all, next day I received:
"Thanks Sebastian
As this is an Outlet order ,please call the Outlet team on 01458899878" for further help

Meanwhile, from the others emails, not even a response.

So, I replied to this "Ellysia"
"What's the point ,I dont have credit on my phone (note: this is true,I have a payg line,sorry) and this only delay the whole process. Then I will have to return the item wasting my time for nothing. BTW I sent an email to outlet.cosumer.cancellationsATclarksDOTcom the same day and no one reply me back"

The next thing that I had after two days is an HERMES email saying that my iem is on its way (!!!)

Again, I sent screenshots of the emails (cancellation request and then shipping confirmation by Hermes) And...
"Thanks for your reply Sebastian. In Light of your disappointment we have contacted our colleagues who work in outlet who advise that regretfully it is too late to cancel this order. Therefore if you no longer require the item/s please return them as usual for a refund.

2)obviously, this Ashleigh didn't read the previous message or is an idiot..
3)they give you a telephone number just to make you waste your time and, at the end you just give up.They refund you (let see when) but they DON'T refund shipping costs.

An excellent timely response after I'd placed an order and failed to include the 10% discount code. The issue was resolved happily.

Ordered boots from Clarks outlet.
There was plenty in stock and i got an order confirmation.

2 days later i get an email stating my order has been cancelled due to no stock.

I expected better.

Ordered a shoe from Clark’s outlet last year, for a fraction of the retail price, and I’ve worn them to death. Then recently I was interested in a pair of wallabee’s but after I paid they went out of stock! But out of curiosity and boredom I’d also ordered two other sandals which I just wanted to try but was only about 20% interested in keeping them but they were still on their way to me. So taught myself a lesson there, however realized that postage fee was applicable and knowing I wasn’t going to keep the sandals I would never of paid for postage, would of been worth it if the original shoe I wanted was available because I was sure I would of kept them. So I sent an email to Clark’s outlet explaining this and they’ve decided to refund me the postage I paid. Pretty sweet to be fair.
