First of all I assumed this was a Canadian store... wrong.. the items were shipped from China thus why it took 3 plus weeks to get it to me... The dress was horribley made, and the blouse was nothing like the picture that I ordered from.. I am just waiting to hear from this company whatever they are called to get a full refund.. very misleading should not be selling such garbage beware on the sites to which you order anything check reviews

Very good costumer service and good quality products. They respond very fast on my emails.

Just when you think it can't get worse ..I have paid for the dress but not received it as they said they cancelled the order because I don't trust their company only to email me again to say I can have the dress and they will issue a refund as a show of good faith.
After posting my review on Trustpilot this is what the emailed me....Do I not have freedom of speech without being threatened!

Following our previous message, we are writing to make our position absolutely clear.

Management has reviewed your Trustpilot review and the full order history. The claims made in your review are factually incorrect and have caused serious reputational damage to our business. Being publicly labeled as fraudulent is unacceptable, especially given the extensive goodwill we have shown.

To restate the facts plainly:

• You received a dress free of charge

• You were offered a free size exchange if needed

• You were explicitly covered under our 30-day guarantee

• We went beyond standard policy to accommodate you

Despite this, you chose to publish a highly damaging review that does not reflect the reality of our actions or customer service.

You have two options only:

Option 1

You keep the dress free of charge, and you remove or amend the Trustpilot review so it accurately reflects the situation and the support provided.

If the size does not fit or if there is any defect, you may choose another size or replacement completely free of charge, in line with our 30-day guarantee.

Option 2

If the review is not removed or corrected, the dress will no longer be considered complimentary. You will be required to pay the full retail price for the item.

⏰ Deadline: Friday at 21:00 (local time)

If we do not receive confirmation by this time, we will proceed without further notice to recover the full cost of the dress. This includes initiating a formal payment recovery process through a Canadian collections agency. Any associated administrative or recovery fees may also be added to the outstanding balance.

We strongly prefer to resolve this matter professionally and immediately. However, if no response is received, we will assume non-cooperation and proceed accordingly.
