I sent out a message yesterday .Harry…
I sent out a message yesterday .Harry was good git back to me with in 15mins ..reasured me explained in detail cost and how it works and Harry repeatedly tried to contact me but my phone blocked his calls .eventually sent emails .thanks to Harry within 12hrs my claim was set up under way .Thanks .

I spoke to Michelle Burke and found her to be very professional and caring about my personal injury. The document that she sent was very thorough although, I think it is set out more for a business than an Individual and maybe should be set out a bit more easier for the average person to understand. Thankyou for your time and patience.

A very caring and professional toward customer …
It is the way they hamdle the conversation about the case. I was really impressed by Linda Barker, she was very helpfull and kind, more importantly vey openned and honest. I really appreciated that and she build my confidence and belief about my case, also eased my worries. She went through the whole process with care and professionalism which is not easy to find today when speaking with people.
She took her time and was very calm and very caring. I really appreciated that. Customer experience is very important and very value at all levels. I did get satisfatory when talking with Linda about the case.
