We were recommended to use this company but I was very disappointed by the communications and service.
The house sale was very straightforward. No chain and sale to a first time buyer. No issues brought up in the survey, yet the offer was accepted on March 4 and sale completed on July 24. I had to constantly chase progress.
I don’t know why process took so long. We were not informed of any issues.

Sarah Evans and Emily Harding were fantastic in dealing with my mother’s flat purchase. They responded promptly to emails and often even answered the phone themselves. If busy, someone on their team took a message and my calls were always returned. They spoke in clear, plain terms and were flexible in sending hard copies when my elderly mother requested these instead of emails.
I cannot really rate them highly enough. I only wish that we had asked them to help with our sale too - our London solicitor was exhausting in her inefficiency!

Sarah always kept me up to date, provided me with all information, all the searches etc she sent over swiftly. She answered all my enquiries via email very quick responses I received, she helped us with a property purchase at first which then fell through because of us and that was due to an incompetent mortgage adviser at TSB. When I told Sarah about this she was understanding, when we managed to find another property, she was happy to take on the case and act on behalf of us and started right away with it. Glad we went with CJCH SOLICITORS will be using them again in the near future. I did find their prices reasonable compared to the quotes I was getting.
