I received my items sooner than expected. All of my items where wonderful and the price was great. I check in all the time to check for sale items its my favorite. I highly recommend.

Never have I had a bad experience with City Chic. They have fantastic sales and clearance deals, often. I literally got 12 perfectly fitting bras for less than $50, by utilizing their awesome clearance and their BOGO. The clothes are very nice, and I actually managed to find a dress that I absolutely love. Which is incredibly difficult, because I have very specific requirements and style, which makes dress shopping an ordeal. Never would have guessed I'd find The One, at an online retailer. I'm a repeat customer, and recommend City Chic wholeheartedly, for gals that love trendy clothing.

Great quality clothing, quick delivery, good prices

Your clothes never fit me. The body is always wrong, it's so discouraging. I used to order from you in 2020 and the dress I purchased is still in pristine condition. The quality of your clothes have changed significantly, and its very apparent. At this point, I'm going to have to start shopping elsewhere.

Found a store (online only) my clothes actually fit and I want to wear them. If I try something and it doesn't fit, or the style is not good for me they have an awesome return policy. Thanks city for giving big girls style.

Recently you had the $20 and under category, which I took full advantage of. Dresses that were >$100 I was able to purchase for $20 or less. I loved every piece that I purchased and cannot wait until the next time.

When I found some melted plastic on my dress in front of the dress I called right away
The dress was discontinued so I could not replace the item but chose a different dress which was equally nice.

This company is terrible. I placed an order on 5/26/2023 for my graduation on 7/9/2023. I never received my order. After reaching out to the company and receiving no feedback, I initiated a refund claim with PayPal. Then suddenly someone got back to me telling me they couldn't issue me a refund, but would give me a credit. This was my first time ordering from the site and my items never arrived, why on earth would I want a credit to have the same experience again?! I insisted on a refund to which they kept responding offering a credit. Weeks later my order shows up at my door on August 11th... graduation was over a month ago. Save yourself the time. Order from somewhere else who uses more reliable shipping carriers and actually will actually take accountability and provide a refund instead of trying to game you into still shopping with their company. This is awful!

Customer service very helpful in trying to understand why online shipment wouldn't ship to Canada. Recently this company changed its policy, but it is nowhere to be found that they stopped shipping to Canada

Customer service is good but issue with shipping to Canada has yet to be resolved so I have stopped frequenting the website as there is no point to look at anything.

You stopped shipping to Canada with no warning, said it was temporary. I was told by one customer service rep that you will no longer be delivering here and another you will be delivering again with improvements. I have yet to get a straight answer. As a good customer I expect more communication from your service department. You have left me hanging for months.

It’s kind of frustrating to be asked to provide feedback when my question was “Why aren’t you shipping to Canada anymore?” And the associate isn’t able to provide any updates for your company. It’s not their fault, but if duty fees are the issue, then there should be better brokerage arrangements and covering of duty at time of payment. I wasn’t even actually able to get a reason as to why shipping to Canada has been suspended, and there was absolutely no information as to when it would be rectified. Again, this is NOT the fault of the associate.
