City Accommodations RE Limited Omdömen

I only have positive things to say about my experience with City Accommodations, specifically with David Olmos. I am speaking on behalf of my friend and me when I say that he made renting the bedrooms drastically easier and smoother, always providing excellent customer service and help 24/7. It can be quite overwhelming finding housing in London, which made this whole experience even better, as we always felt at ease with his service.

Julian was very helpful in getting me moved in and familiar. Also very friendly and personable and gave me great advice about the area and transport links.

David was one of the best agents I have worked with. He is so attentive and punctual. He made the moving process which is a stressful event much easier. I am happy I chose City Accommodations and I am so lucky David is my agent.

IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU, STAY VERY FAR AWAY….I had a terrible experience with this city accommodation. They completely disregard tenants' privacy they will barge into your room with little or no notice and most importantly take forever to address any maintenance issues. When things go wrong in the house, don’t expect a quick fix—they drag it out for ages. Worse, they make tenants pay for normal wear and tear and will look for any reason to make deductions from your deposit at the end of the tenancy, they blamed tenants for everything, even things out of our control. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free living experience. Another annoying thing, they give you an agreement🤣🤣 that agreement is what they use against people..Avoid this scammers!!!!!!!!! City accommodation, if you like continue to pay people to give you positive review here, Everyone that has dealt with you knows that you are evil and selfish…you will return the £150 you took from my deposit if not, I’ll be coming here to drop negative review daily!!! Thieves!!!!!! If there’s anything less than 1 star , that’s what you deserve !!!!!!!!!!!!

Julian Joffre perfectly helped me to find a good spot to stay ! He has been very reactive and comprehensive !

When securing and finalising my flat with CityAccomodations, Julian was excellent! Responding swiftly and clarifying information which provided a great sense of security.

I’ve just signed a contract on a flat and Julian has been amazing help! Couldn’t fault it.

I have rented with City Accommodations in the past and the team has always been very responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Julian for the assistance and for promptly sending me all the info I needed when looking for a flat!

David Olmos helped me find a room to rent. He is very friendly and quick responsive. He works professionally and understands room types that I need in London.

Julian is very professional, friendly and efficient!

I had very nice service from Julian, has been very helpful with me, thank you so much!

Leaving the situation of the room itself and communal area aside, I'm satisfied with Mr David Olmos' professionalism. He is responsible and warm to his client.

Excellent service, and quick responsive from agency staff named Houcine. He does efficient work when I ask for the rent moving in. Good work.

I had a very professional experience with City Accomodations in general, promptly dealing with any questions I had. I initially dealt with Houcine when applying to the room and they helped sort everything out very quickly for me.

Houcine gave really fast and reliable service, answered all my questions and was really easy to contact.

David Olmos from City Accommodations was fantastic in helping me find a place in London. He was super attentive throughout the entire process, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed and making sure I was completely satisfied. David's knowledge of the London market and his attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer questions and handled everything with professionalism and care. If you’re looking for accommodation in London, I highly recommend David—he truly goes above and beyond for his clients!

I am really appreciate David’s help these days. I found the room via Spareroom, and then David send me a lot of details about it then I go to London to have a look about that room. It is a pretty nice place with nice location. I signed the contract immediately on that day, however due to my diagnosis of cancer, my school supplies me an accessible accommodation nearby the school later. Based on my health conditions, I decided to move to the accessible accommodation, I am worried about the deposit I just paid a few hours before I got the information from the university. David knew about that and also help me to ask for refunding. As such a difficult time for me, David’s help and City Accommodation’s support like a huge hug. I would like to share this experience here and I believe when I graduate I will contact with City Accommodations directly to find the next room, because I believe your warmhearted and kind can help me to continue a new beginning.

After weeks of searching for apartments with at best shady or
uninterested agents throughout London, I found all I needed with David and City Accomodations !

Highly responsive and agreeable, David was there to help me at any time from the first day till the last (and we both know I needed it haha)

I highly recommend !
