Our store return's policy in at the till for customers to read and at the bottom of your receipt. It states 'We do not offer refunds on items purchased in store. In the event you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or store credit.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I've had an on-going dispute with this company from Dec for a lost parcel, now DPD headoffice is involved they've ignore my LAST TWO EMAILS asking for an update.
Please scroll down and see all reviews , the majority are negative ! I've explained many times too this company I'm pregnant and don't need this stress, but they have poor customer services skills

Hi Andreya,
I understand the dispute has been ongoing for quite some time however unfortunately DPD have advised us that you did give permission for them to leave the parcel in the communal area. We have re-raised the case on your behalf three times however due to them having sufficient evidence the parcel was delivered they have shut down the claim multiple times.
We have kept you updated and replied to all correspondence from yourself and DPD. This dispute is now with the claims manager and once we have a response we shall be in touch.
