I wanted to give a 5 stars but didn't do so because otw a bit disappointing that the unit didn't ship with the keyboard and pen that I've ordered.

Laptop is already slow after a week without anything been installed, can barely function. I will expect no less than a full refund

Excellent in all respects - 4 day delivery - from China! Brilliant product very well priced. Solved my two problems for first time of asking - explaining I was not very PC literate, they kindly sent me a video specific to my problem. Cannot rate this company highly enough. Tried to start my chewi laptop and it asked for my password. I never gave it a password. Tried to use my old password for my other computer but that didn't. It asked three test questions to answer. I never gave them any questions and they said the questions I answered were wrong. This is a piece of junk

we want to purchase i9 mini-PC originally. but place order for ryzen 7 finally. disappoint that most out of stock. even 1TB for ryzen 7.

Anyway, Ryzen 7 performance is very well!

I purchased a Chuwi Minibook X from their Hong Kong site though I am in the EU as the configuration I wanted was not available in the EU store. The shipping was super fast with DHL. The laptop is fantastic. Chuwi really knows how to make good products at good prices.

So far so good...prompt delivery from CN to AU. Laptop boots...but will have to see how long for.

After one month very hard use with very heavy drawing programs I recommend 100% the CORE BOOK AIR PLUS

Equipos de muy buena manufactura, prestaciones y características para el precio. Pero el Soporte y Garantía no existen. Se especializan en dar respuestas dilatorias. Te piden que envíes el equipo a RMA a China a tu coste.....y hay cada historia de terror de equipos perdidos. O que lo repares y ellos te van a reembolsar, y no he leído a nadie que le hayan rembolsado. Costo hundido. Y comprar con soporte y garantía, y ya estoy convencido que los reviewers muchas veces prueban equipos probados, Recomiendo no comprar.

WARNING: Avoid Chuwi. Order #ES7176, a 1.932€ laptop. They received my return on Jan 3rd and promised a solution today, Feb 2nd. Still NO tracking number. Total silence and broken promises. If you value your money, stay away. VISA dispute is now in progress.

Quality, design, weight, performance, everything is very nice. Honestly, Im suprised with this product.

False marketing, many issues, support doesn't like to help.

I don't know why it allows you to buy a device that's out of stock. This caused me a lot of problems until I changed models and was able to get it. It's a good device, but not the one I originally wanted.
