Hiring and delivery were immaculate. Returning the regalia wasn’t as smooth. It says free but you end up paying ten dollars and there isn’t the option for just returning the hire because it’s a Hire in the drop down menu.

Easy to order, quick delivery, happy with the quality. Would use again.

Unbelievable I ordered the gown Wednesday afternoon and everything including the bonnet arrived in time for my graduation procession for the Friday although received the combo on Thursday!

I bought a hood and realised it is the wrong colour for my masters. I have tried 3 times to have someone contact me about this and had no communication.
Terrible service.

The 'Hire Returns' page states that all mainland Australia returns can be completed for free, but when you click on the Parcel Points link they provide, you are asked to pay a delivery fee of $9.95 regardless of where you are located. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service team but have received no response (which appears to be common). As a result, I had to pay for shipping, bringing my total hire cost from $32 (the price on their website) up to $59.
In addition, the hood was of poor quality, with loose threads hanging out, and the colour did not match official ANU hoods.

The size guide was accurate, with a great range of sizes to choose from. The gown perfectly matched my university’s requirements, which was the most important factor for me. The cap fit well and was of excellent quality. Dispatch and shipping were fast and efficient. I highly recommend this business!

Non-existent customer service.
I purchased a gown and hood (science), but received a graudation set with an art hood and the mortarboard! I haven't been able to get into contact with anyone from the Churchill Gowns team in Australia. I've ended up having to order a science hood from another retailer which lucikly came the next day. So now I have this art hood and mortarboard I do not need and can't get in contact with anyone to return!

Still have not received my order. Got a shipping email on the 5th of November. Checked the tracking link and it said it should be shipped after 3 working days. It’s been over 3 weeks and still have no update. Emailed last week and no response. I need my gowns this week and now I have to find alternative places that can provide a quick hire.

My gown was way to much bigger then the size that was mention in your page. Just wanted to know if I could get change it with the smaller size please

Lack of communication!! I emailed five times but didn’t get response regarding exchange of gowns. I would not recommend anyone to buy gown from this online shop. They even don’t have any contact number. It’s frustrating experience with this shop .

Good and easy service.
Ordered to the wrong adress and when I realised I sent them an email.and they where able to change the shipping adress with no fuss.

Good quality, the robe is well made and will last me all my days I suspect.

Emailed multiple times for assistance and received no response. Reached out via Instagram, got the UK page. They said they would pass onto the Australian team that I had been emailing them for nearly a month. No response still. Not sure why the website notes a fast email response time, when there was no response. All I wanted to know was when the hoods for a University were back in stock, if they weren’t, would they be able to assist me in purchasing a “build your own” pack. Churchill Gowns were more than happy to take my money when I just decided to take the risk and purchase. I will give them kudos for a fast delivery time.

Extremely well priced. Fast service and resolved my mistake i made at time or order extremely fast and was friendly and polite. Highly recommend them.

Had credit card details stolen after using this website along with many of the class mates, gown arrived in time though and was ok.

Imagine having half of your graduating class have their credit cards details leaked via this site and then (despite the company saying everything has arrived) having 3 or 4 boxes not delivered the day before graduation...and then when thinking the saga was done some people’s orders weren’t complete and had to find alternative hire the day before.
10/10 would not recommend
Also don’t hire it costs so much to return
