I ordered food from Chipssella Coventry through Uber eats...it was excellent, no complaints...excellent packaging, fast delivery...no comments...well done Chipsella!

The freshly prepared meals were incredibly delicious, leaving nothing to be desired. The owners displayed exceptional politeness, and the service was impeccable, warranting a perfect score.

The description of the food is disingenuous and the price inline with quality is in the extreme.

I thought 'freshly made loaded Belgian fries' sounded lovely and with pictures of the food showing the toppings such as the sausage bowl having two whole sausages you'd think its value for money.

When what you receive is cheap frozen chips, stuck together with some cheap cheese and a cheap hot dog cut in quarter. these frozen chips were not even 'freshly' fried as the were luke warm and soft and had formed into a lump with the cheese.

I had read a few great reviews which I now believe are as disingenuous as the false description of the food and extreme prices.

Its tantamount to paying 25quid for a 50 pence bottle of water and that's why I felt the need to write a review because I think its utterly disgusting to not only falsely advertise the food actually being served but to also charge extortionate prices for the quality of product your actually getting.

If they sold it for what it was.. cheesy chips with hotdog, etc and priced it reasonably they would be okay but if they continue with their extreme prices and false descriptions they won't get repeat custom and last long term.

There are a lot of take aways in the area that sell these kind of chips but at a reasonable price. there are also two actual chip shops in the local area where a £5 large bag of actual freshly made chips is the equivalent of four mega bowls from here, but it will save you 35 quid and taste much nicer!

First time customer I was very happy with food & owner. 2nd time, food missing from order. Wife aggressive response. 3rd time, only 1 topping given. 4th time, mentioned (owed) topping from previous order, this was not allowed because “that was then & this is now”. So no goodwill gesture. Wife of the business is quite pedantic when there’s an issue. Her attitude is unacceptable. The husband is a lovely man.
