Stop giving excuses. Your company is literally and unresponsive and you have lost my product.

Just reply to report doesn’t mean you responsible.
I will take legal action. And you have breach the contract.

I can customize workflows and automate repetitive tasks to streamline processes.What I like the most is the clean and intuitive interface. I hardly need a training to master all its functions. From the main dashboard I have quick access to orders, inventory, customers, billing and other modules.

This product will literally remove all the pain out of shipping (especially internationally). All you have to do is fill in the basics of your package (destination, contents for international, size and weight) and Chinadivision literally does the rest.

They are software is so easy to use! It imports my orders into their software and all I need to put in is the package size and weight. It instantly calculate the cost for shipping and I can choose from there. Printing out a label is so easy with them!

BEWARE! Shipped our board games to customers in flimsy thin plastic packages. Over 15% of games were destroyed - crushed, smashed, punctured, and contents damaged. They offered NO compensation. Fired them and asked for the remaining inventory to be returned to our factory and they want to charge me $50 to return the games but will not compensate me for any of the losses their inept company caused.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY - inept at their one task!

Love the ability for it to be integrated with my Stone3pl website and print shipping labels for sales that come in

I have a small online business so I don't have a ton of orders in one day as it varies. Pricing is inexpensive which is a plus for me. Everything is one place and can enter new orders manually too.

The Chinadivision software has worked great. I do not think there would be a more economical product out there on the market. Chinadivision is really reasonable in their rates and this helps with a smaller company. The only comment I would make in regards to improvement is it would be nice if the Live Chat was available more often. There have been a number of times that I have not been able to reach via live chat and have to send and wait for an email response. But they are good at responding. The live chat does help as often the question comes up as you are trying to ship and need to "chat" right away. Thank you, to all of you at Chinadivision for making shipping easy and economical and thank you for your great customer support.

Wish I would have known about this online service sooner! Used other methods for label generation and Chinadivision is far superior!

Ease and efficiency in generating the label pricing mix and then the label when service is selected. Also like the tracking # copy to clipboard feature. Order summary with realtime tracking & delivery status at a glance.

This has made our lives so much easier since getting this software. We are now able to keep our entire inventory in one place and keep track of everything including contracts.

My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Our parcel, which was supposed to be a priority shipment, has been delayed for an astonishing 【3 Months】. Despite the promises of expedited handling and superior service for VIP customers, the reality was far from what was advertised. After such an extended period, our shipment has gone missing, and 【China Division is refusing to take any responsibility】, citing that the delay has exceeded their time of responsibility.

This level of service is unacceptable. Not only did we face an unreasonable delay, but the company’s refusal to address the issue or offer any compensation has left us in a frustrating and difficult position. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming.

What’s more, I suspect that many of the positive reviews about their service are fake. Based on our experience, it's hard to believe that these reviews reflect the true quality of their service. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using China Division’s services. The cost of their incompetence is high, and you may find yourself having to refund customers due to their poor handling and unresponsiveness.

China Division’s VIP service has proven to be a costly and frustrating mistake. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable logistics provider.
