The administrative side of this company sure knows how to milk it out of you if you want to book a return trip.
Especially if they sense you’re left thing till the last minute, they will say something to the effect: ‘I’m sorry the original discount we gave you for the arrival trip no longer applies but instead we need to increase the fee by $50 USD.’

Thanks for your comments, and I’d like to clarify your confusion, as we always do our best to accommodate urgent bookings and never increase the price above our standard rates.
Firstly, we are happy you were pleased with your 1st service; we were glad to be able to arrange the urgent same day service with a luxury minivan, as per your request.
The promo you provided for this service was actually for a discount on the 2nd return transfer, not the 1st transfer. You were subsequently inadvertently quoted the discount rate for the 1st transfer, and then later quoted the normal rate for the 2nd transfer (total $16 difference between the discounted rate for 1st transfer and the normal rate for 2nd transfer). This is where I believe the confusion lies, as we just applied the discount in the wrong order, and you interpreted it that we were ‘increasing the price’ for the 2nd service, when actually you received a discounted 1st service. The total for both arrival and return transfer services is the exact correct amount. Sorry again for the confusion.

No communication between the driver and China car service
No communication between the driver and their office.
Arrived at Hong Kong airport; went to arrivals hall to look for driver with card showing my name as China Car Service told me to do. There was no such driver there. After 15 minutes started to panic and rang China car service and was told to go to carpark 1 as drivers were not being let into the arrivals hall due to security issues. After finally finding car park 1 and our driver all was well.
I would never recommend this service to anyone. The amount of stress we went through being in a foreign country and not given the correct information to find our pre paid ride to our hotel was something that should never have happened

Due to the current protests in Hong Kong, authorities currently only allow ticketed passengers into the airport. Nobody else, including drivers, are permitted to enter the Arrival Hall currently. Don’t try for specific, better cars - you’ll arrive in pleasant fashion and that’s enough.
Pleasant ride in a clean, nice, Mercedes van. It was overpriced relative to other options for reaching the airport; however, I wanted a clean, timely, and reliable ride...which they achieved. Better than a smelly DiDi that will arrive within 20 minutes of when you want to leave. The quotation and booking process was overwrought. In the end, the differentiation of vehicles and pricing had nothing to do with what took me to the airport anyway. So don’t bother choosing higher priced “executive” options, just choose what they bill as a ‘VW Passat’ and call it a day. Second experience like this, though not with this company, in China.

Drivers are hard to find
Upon arrival in the arrivals hall, there were many drivers standing along the rail with the signs for their passenger. The China Car Service driver was not there and was not visible anywhere in the arrivals hall. I was forced to try and make an international long distance (expensive) call to locate him. I have experienced this problem more than once in multiple Asian cities. Please better instruct your drivers to put themselves in a highly visible location with a clearly printed name sign. (This problem was fixed on my most recent service.)
