We are pleased to announce that our website is now 20 years old with over 200,000 customers! We have also been on eBay for 20 years and are consistently a high rated seller. All orders received before 3pm(and most 3-4pm orders) are posted on the same weekday. UK orders over £50 automatically qualify for free courier/Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Game orders over £60 are currently upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24(as at Nov23). We check, grade (and test if necessary), refurbish, clean, regrade, recheck, photograph, describe all games individually before listing for sale. Chillout Games has invested in £25,000 of professional disc machinery and employs a dedicated machine operator to deliver your discs in the best possible condition. Another long serving member of staff is responsible for cleaning and checking cart contacts, checking authenticity, checking/replacing cart internal batteries, and refurbishing consoles and accessories. The website also offers an instant price for 50,000 of your games with free Parcelforce courier collection or Post Office dropoff options and get paid within 48hrs of receipt (larger quotes 3-4 days). Every item I've ordered from Chillout Games has been in very good/excellent clean condition and exactly as described! They also provide photos of every item on their site to make it easier for customers/collectors to see exactly the condition of each item available to them. Highly recommend!

Very happy!
This is my first time using Chillout Games & I'm very happy with the experience. Definitely use them again. Really good site. A very large variety and the people seem friendly and professional. If you are a retro game hunter like myself, you will wonder how you have never seen this site before! My item turned up in good condition, well packed and overall very happy.
I recommened for game/console hunters or just for presents for people etc.

Great place for retro games
I've used chillout games a number of times to order retro games and never had any problems with them. The website has detailed descriptions of each game and pictures from different angles so you know exactly what you're getting. They also take great care when delivering the game, console or accessory to you. I would definitely recommend them.
