Excellent product and service all round
I ordered the product online and chose to collect from their depot as they were only in the next town a few miles away. Excellent service and communication from start to finish and happy to support a local business. Will be back next for the next size up for our little one!

Quick and reliable
The Chelston website was easy to navigate and the range of items was very good. Prices were also good. They had what we needed in stock and it was sent out quickly and accurately. The email tracking of delivery was very good too.

Reliable quick service
I wanted a particular product and found it on a Google search at Chelston Direct. I'd never heard of them before and the gilet I wanted was advertised at about 60% off so I had a moment of doubt that it wouldn't arrive or be dodgy. However, they were great, confirmation came through immediately, product arrived quickly and as described, brand new.

Good service but better returns policy needed
Received items quickly and returned items were refunded without fuss, but there should be more awareness made of the cost and method to return an item. Returning one of the items cost 20% of the item price!
