I felt that I had purchase a second hand item !
Purchased a pair of Bloc ski goggles , Good communication, arrived quickly – Very disappointingly the protective film on the front of the goggles had evidently been removed and replaced in such a fashion that it was creased and not covering the goggles showing finger prints on the lens.

Email notifications of order very quick and delivery was on time. Would recommend this retailer. Need to return a couple of things as have changed my mind so hoping service equality as good for returns.

Basically a good company to order from
Product seems good - Breakout neoprene socks - but delivery was slow due to a problem with order processing. However an email from me alerted the company and the problem was rapidly sorted out. I received my order with a couple of days. I understand when orders aren't processed as expected but how issues are resolved is important. Chelation acted promptly and without question.
