I bought a soft toy which looked great in the advert but was absolutely awful when I received it - and worth peanuts. As soon as I opened the package I contacted them for a return and refund. Despite automated confirmation of my message being received, they did nothing for 12 days!!! I paid via PayPal so started a complaint there. I was offered a tiny fraction of the purchase price as a refund. Eventually I accepted 40% - just to end the matter.
DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!!!
They receive your purchase money plus your P&P - but they pay subsidised P&P to UK [so they pay very little].
Then they don't offer a full refund as they explain that Customer has to pay P&P for a return. The customer's P&P to China is quite a lot to take into consideration.
So they do very well for crap products.

Advertising by using other people adverts has there own to get you to pay for it, take the money you paid for this item but receive a poor quality item that not what advertised in it place and when contact them about this, you get a reply offering 5 time less than what you paid them. This company need to be black ball off the Internet but they would open up under another name or they maybe doing it right now. So beware do some checking first I think they use more than one wedsite to trade under.

Avoid like a plague! They will scam you out of your money, you can't return cos the postage is more than the item itself.

I ordered a Halloween projector. All I received was the projector screen. I emailed and they said it was the screen I ordered even though my receipt clearly says projector.
They have offered to refund €10 but I’m returning package and wanting my money back.
Do not go anywhere near this company... they are fraudsters. Think they call themselves papercup group but probably changed names numerous times

Ordered a Minecraft Lego fo 12+ got a no name Minecraft for 6+ worth less money offered $20 refund and we could keep product. No addmision that it was the wrong product .

Do not buy from this website. I bought a $30. item, then the site disappeared from facebook so I couldn't find my account or any indication that I purchase anything. I finally got a cheap plastic bag in the mail and found their website address. They wanted me to take pictures of bar codes, item and tracking number.
They wrote back and said that's what I ordered so, sorry but not sorry.

I order the crystal glue set with 147 moulds and received jewellery making moulds, pipettes, 13 glitters, 5 dyes. I didn't receive half of what I actually ordered. This company has now made it so difficult for me to get my $60 back that I paid and have had to go through PayPal as they didn't reply to any of my emails. This company is shameful and needs to be shut down especially with this many reviews. Please save yourself from buying from this store! They are an absolute SCAM!

Ordered a Gimble and received a selfie stick!!
Notified by email. Provided tracking number and several photos as requested by seller. Offered 7.00 USD reimburse and I could keep the item. It cost me 36.00 USD.Stipulated not to send it back to the place it was sent from (Victoria).

Ordered a Gimbal and received a crystal ball instead. 100% scam.

Total scam. They advertised Ball&Kerr canning lids. 7-12 day delivery. When the product finally arrived 5 weeks later it was some knock off with dings and nicks and
Flimsy metal - not Ball and Kerr. The seal was out of some weird compound and blotchy and irregular. You certainly wouldn’t want to try to preserve food with this potentially dangerous product and heaven knows what kind of chemicals may be present. I would give these guys a minus zero number if I could. I followed their instructions to return the product with photo documentation and description but they refused to honor a return. They said they would refund $11.79 and I could keep the (garbage) lids. I’m filing a complaint with the credit card company and will file a complaint with the AG’s office for the state of Washington. DON’T BUY anything from these guys. They are scammers and con artists.

If I could choose zero I would! I paid $4.95 for shipping for aTrump flag after completing a survey. My card was charged and then three $49.95 fraudulent charges a week later. Then 10 days later I think my flag is here and it's supposed to be it, but it's a rolled up orange placemat looking thing!!! So frustrated!!!

this is a rip-off site also goes by ball jars probably other names as well do not patronize this website nor these people it would just lead you to some heartache.. I bought two cases of ball jars one case Court one case pint they sent me one no good jar quart and one pint junk jar get them anywhere for $0.20 I don't know why they even bother

I ordered a set of construction trucks. They showed a man standing in back of truck. Got 3 plastic toys. Do not buy from this customer. It's nothing but crap. It's a switch and bate job.

I just got scammed by this company..I will be placing a claim thru my credit card...they send my a total different product..do not.do not buy anything from this company....

I give this company 1 star because I cannot give it zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I recently bought a sports bra from them. The advert said it was a SHEFIT it was not. The sizing was wrong, it was damaged and faulty. Upon trying to get an address and refund I was told they could not locate my order even though I sent them all the details they requested, the tracking info on the parcel & the PayPal invoice numbers etc. I never received a confirmation email. Happy enough to take your money and rip you off with a knockoff product at less than a tenth of the quality. DO NOT BUY AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS CRAP COMPANY

I ordered a model kit from this company. I did receive a kit but it wasn't the one I ordered. Rather than replace the item the company offered me 20% of the purchase price. After I objected they increased the offer to 50%. This still leaves me out of pocket with an item I didn't want. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CON MERCHANTS. THIS RUBBISH SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET. THEIR RETURNS POLICY IS A JOKE.

Trustingly bought the resin jewellery set without thinking to look at reviews - while the postage time was reasonable, I’m pretty sure the package doesn’t contain everything I remember from the ad. The bracelet mold looks like it would only fit a small child and let’s just say you’d need the Hubble telescope to see some of the molds (You’d only need a speck of resin from the time fairy-sized bottles that can with the kit to fill the molds). When I ordered I thought, am I writing off my money? If I even get the kit I’ll be happy. When did it become okay to think like that when you trust a business to do the right thing? Well, it’s worth probably half what they charged.
