I've had a fantastic experience with Cheaper Domains, their customer service is truly the best. Every time i needed help, their team responded quickly and professionally with clear and friendly assistance. They are patient, reliable and always go above and beyond to help me. I had an issue with DNS where printer is not scanning to email properly, Aaron was magnificent is assisting with this issue, he gave use step by step instructions on how to overcome the issue with the DNS record. I tried to reach out to our support over at other DNS service provider and they brushed us off. Thank God Aaron was there to help even though it was not his responsibility. He really knows his stuff and willing to help. Thank you again Aaron!

Aaron Keys is a support legend. Helped me quickly and effectively throughout an entire day & I'm sure will help again going forward. Always on point
We’ve been with them for 8+ years. It’s intuitive and clear with instructions that are easy to follow.
If I have a question, they reply really quickly and any time I’ve made a mistake, they've popped in and fixed it for me.

This was the easiest domain set-up process of the various ones I looked at (and tried). On top of that, though, when I wanted reassurance at the end of the process that all was well, it was politely and promptly provided by a human being (without the need to interact with a confused bot or to trawl through a million irrelevant Q&As). This was a good experience and I consequently recommend this company.

Easy system, the team are great and will assist with anything. Helping the novice to fix and create web pages without any hassle. We have been with them since 2011 with no issues that have not been able to be resolved. Dan is a legend as are many of the team I have dealt with over the years.

I have used Cheaper Domains for around 5 years and the service and support has been stable and great, until this year.

2025 has seen numerous unscheduled downtimes, including two of the most recent being 29 May 2025 lasting 6hrs 18min from 1pm, 9 Jul 2025 lasting 3hrs 50min from 8:40am.

What's worse, not once has Cheaper Domains sent an email of apology or explanation about the downtimes and what, if anything, is being done to improve their issues of 2025.

They have had scheduled downtimes notifying of improving systems, new features, but either those 'upgrades' have made things worse on their network, or something else is going on.

There's never an email notifying what the new features are, how to use.

During the most recent downtime, I called and asked to speak to Service Manager. I asked for the name, wasn't provided, just advised I would receive a call - 2 days later, I'm still waiting.

Transparency is key to trust, regrettably an issue for Cheaper Domains following their ongling woes that I had never seen before, until 2025.

Such a quick response (both phone and email) and resolution to my problems. I was extremely impressed.

Both Aaron and Dan from Cheaper Domains have been extremely helpful! I have very limited IT knowledge and these guys break it all down so I can understand. Fantastic company to work with and the fact that they are based in Australia is even better, same time zone etc I highly recommend Cheaper Domains, they don't try to rip you off like a lot of other companies when you don't always know what you are talking about. An Australian Company, with Australians on the phones. Yes, you read that right.

I'm completely tech-challenged and don't speak the lingo, and I've never set up a domain or emails before (I was mentally rocking in a corner at the thought of it!).

Spoke to Aaron twice today (very patient man!), and instead of giving me instructions (which would have been met with crickets anyway), he logged into my computer and did it for me.
SUCH a relief!

After using CheaperDomains for hosting and domain support, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

I've used a few domain/hosting providers in the past, and they just don't come close to the support, care and attention to detail that the team at CheaperDomains offers. Frankly, I'm in awe of how helpful and knowledgable they are on each call or query – and how they naturally want to help and solve the issue efficiently.

In the past, I found other providers to be quite dismissive and strikingly unhelpful.
