As the he phone is the third one I've purchased, I was expecting a near mint phone, it arrived as described (B) but wasn't perfect, however, the customer service was excellent and all was resolved and happy with the outcome.

I bought a dehumidifier on Ebay and it didnt work correctly when it arrived. After speaking with Anita, a replacement was quickly organised. Great customer service!

I can’t fault the customer service from this company (specifically Raven).

An issue with my S24 Ultra around 8 months after purchase. Problem with phone which got fixed. Two weeks later a different problem with the phone and they issued me a full refund.

I would never buy a Samsung again but I have already purchased another iPhone from this company due to their exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend these.

Ordered a phone through eBay shop which was posted and arrived very promptly.
It was in pristine condition as described.
It did have a minor issue accepting my sim card but this was quickly resolved by the seller and they gave me a partial refund for any inconvenience caused.
Very happy with the new iPhone and will definitely buy from here again.

Customer service fantastic. Had issue with some damage to item i received. No obvious damage to box/ packaging and item well packed.
Contacted customer services via Ebay and after sending a few photos showing damage got response next day. Offering either full refund and return item or partial refund and keep item.
Very good customer service, easy and quick to deal with. Confident to recommend. Would use again. Your in safe hands purchasing from this company.
Also their descriptions on Ebay for items are very clear and well detailed with decent photos.

the great correspondence within the company answering queries i had with regards to my item.the item wasnt suitable and i was issued a full refund.i would say this is an excellent company, and a great way to purchase items refurbished to a high standard and great quality items are always on offer. all budgets can be suited and returns are always welcomed.

The item I purchased on ebay arrived the next morning it was only paid day befor in the afternoon at 16.35 !.

We purchased two E scooters from this company at Xmas time and at the time we thought we had a bargain. 6 months down the line we have a long list of repairs and returns.

The neck of the scooter broke previously and they expected me to repair this at my own expense, I’m 70 years old woman who albeit quite fit and active struggled to get this repaired (with the help of a fantastic neighbour)

What started off as a great customer service relationship with one employee we ended up dealing with someone called Jatinder who obviously doesn’t like to get his hands dirty.

He blamed my son for damaging the scooter and send us a screw which was nearly impossible to get off we ended asking for the tool bit which he sent finally. It’s replaced but doesn’t seem to close as before.

4 -5 weeks later it just beeps now and I asked what we can do to get it repaired and he said we damaged it so we have to replace it elsewhere. It was unused for a couple of weeks and we took it away with us and this beeping noise started soon as we turned it on.

I’ll be contacting trading standards and I would advise to avoid this company even if the prices do seem really good. I don’t know what happened to the original girl Anita who worked there but this chap doesn’t want to help and is just trying to avoid fixing it.

We have two scooters and it’s ironic that this one scooter has had so many issues since it was originally replaced
