Charcoal Clothing Omdömen 

I ordered some clothes on December 2nd. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my order. I have sent four emails and have only received one response so far, saying that the order is on its way. However, when I checked the tracking link, it showed that the package was never shipped from Charcoal, and the tracking link has since expired. Despite this, I keep receiving emails asking me to review my order, which I have not even received yet.

I received the Mallory Maxi Dress with visible brown splatter marks that looked like stains and did not match the dress shown online. Customer service claimed these were “natural fibre variations,” however they were very noticeable and not something a customer would reasonably expect.

I also reached out via Instagram and initially received a message apologising for the stains, which was then unsent and replaced with a generic response directing me to email customer service which felt misleading.

I paid return shipping and reordered again hoping it was a one off, only to receive the replacement with the exact same marks.

At this point, I’m extremely disappointed that a product with such visible marks is being sold as acceptable. The process was frustrating and left me out of pocket for what I believe is a product quality issue, not a customer preference. Do better

Ordered £300 of stuff on Black Friday which was lost by the delivery people before ever even leaving Australia! I emailed them & they got back to me with a gift card, but I can not repurchase the items I already bought as no longer stocked in my size and obviously no longer discounted. I responded to their email as it was a lot to spend and I was in need of new things for Christmas saying though I appreciate the gift card I would need a refund and they just haven’t replied, I’ve sent two emails now and it’s been weeks with nothing, no response at all. Do not recommend.

I ordered an item from this store first time, had to return item due to sizing issues and the post office had told me the return label for this item would be $200. My item was only $50, not even half of what that shipping return cost. No where online mentions “Return will cost more than double the amount than your item”. Doesn’t even mention pricing but whatever the case, I reached out to customer service and they completely dismissed me and just kept reiterating that consumer is paying at its own risk. There’s much better clothing brands that give you so much better options of styles as well as return options , save your money.

Charcoal Clothing has become my absolute go-to for all my office wear. Their styles are clean, professional, and most of the time, fit perfectly. The quality feels great for the price, and every order arrives quickly and well-packaged. I’ve built half my work wardrobe from them, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone wanting sharp, modern office looks.

My order took a while to be shipped but overall ok experiance

The ordered clothes were cheap quality. The packaging was cheap plastic. It feels no different than shein ordered clothes then why pay $100+ for them?
The shipping was fast. For return they charged $10 what a loss! Disappointed

Came across this brand on social media and found some nice clothing I put into my cart.
Subscribed to get 10% off my first order - no discount code in the email.
Tried to contact them to advise not only I didn't get the discount code, but some of the information regarding Store Promotions on their website is outdated.
When trying to submit my comment form to them - it wouldn't send.
I then did some research on reviews and I am glad I did as I will not continue with my purchase.

I was surprised that Charcoal’s prices are way too expensive for the quality of the brand. It used to offer more variety and with realistic pricing. It’s now a boring boutique that needs a good brighten up and a bit more variety to encourage this shopper to ever go back there again.

I bought the Briggs jeans and Morgan Jeans tall length. The length is fantastic (I’m over 6ft tall) but the quality is shocking. I ordered the Morgan ones first, the zipper was crooked but nothing else wrong so I just dealt with it. I then ordered the Briggs jeans and by accident ordered two. Both jeans had a zipper that was crooked which makes the crxtch sit funny. I returned one pair no worries and thought the other pair would be ok after wash and wear a few times. Still, looks so cheap because the fit around the crxtch is shonky.
I went back to get the Briggs jeans because the length in Morgan were so good but definitely won’t be going back for more. Bit of a waste to be honest.

The quality is great

Ugh. Received the Colden petite pants today and they are just so cheap and nasty. They look dreadful and fit weirdly.
Requested a return for this and another pair of gross fake satin pants that look like Temu- one was denied (final sale), and the return that was approved had $10 taken off for ‘handling’, so not a ‘full refund’ as they say in the description. You’ve been warned.

Ordered over a month ago—never received anything. Tracking is not working, no refund, no real support. My post office says nothing was ever received. Charcoal is a scam company. Stay away!

The customer care team is so amazing. I had ordered something extra on accident and reached out and they answered right away. Loving this brand so far. Excited for my clothes to arrive!

Ordered Clothes via express delivery. (Was stated 5-10 business days) Tracking didn’t work. One month later it arrived and they wanted me to pay 70€ extra for customs (for a 140€ purchase). Tried to contact them many many times but I never got an answer. Sadly very bad customer service and not enough transparency on the website.

I had recently placed an order with the wrong shipping time - Rachel from the customer service team was so helpful and kind. They changed my order from standard shipping to complimentary express.

I ordered two 36 inch waist paints, both paints I received one was 39 and other 38, Although the tag on it mentioned its 36. I have to send back at my own expense, then 03 weeks of long follow-up they sent me the paints again. The paints I received were of defiantly not of the standard you see on their stores. These were substandard and once again waist issue was there, it was 37 against 36. Never buy Charcoal online, they are pathetic in shipment, quality, sizes and returns.
