High quality product

At my last scan I was kept waiting to see the consultant for over half an hour, while other people went into her office. At first I thought they were "jumping the queue", but it turned out they were all doctors. They had been comparing previous scans with the latest one, and were concerned that the dates of the scans were wrong, as the latest one appeared to show less progression of AMD.
When I was eventually called in, I was asked if I had noticed any difference. When I was first diagnosed, I could look at a person's face, and it would be a big black circle. Now there is just a grey mist. The consultant was surprised and impressed, and spent the rest of my appointment "googling" NMN! She asked how I had heard of it, I told her my daughter uses it, and showed her a picture of my daughter. The consultant said she thought my daughter was "early 30s". She is actually 44!
One rather impressed consultant!

Charava really cares about your wellbeing
Charava really wants to get to know you and look after your health. I have my spermadine on a monthly prescription. As I was going away on holiday for a fortnight they were happy to send my spermadine early, so that I didn't miss a dose. I have told some friends about spermadine and they are signing up for it from charava.

I tried NMN+1200
I tried NMN+1200, starting with just one tablet instead recommended two. On the second day, I woke up with a severe headache. Initially, I didn’t connect it to the supplement and took another tablet, but the headache worsened on the third day. It was so bad that painkillers didn’t help at all. I stopped taking the supplement for a week, and my headache was gone immediately.even at half of the recommended dose. Sadly, Charava doesn’t accept returns for opened products. Not sure if this is a quality supplement. Completely a waste of money—I cannot recommend this product or the seller.
