We have been working with Matt Dennis, who we have found to be very helpful and professional. He is keen to help and takes the time to try to get know his buyers personally and make them feel at ease. He has an enthusiastic and friendly manner, and uses little touches, like making sure he has connected a client's name to their phone number, which make a big difference to feeling valued as a customer.

Paige has helped ease us through the stress of moving
Paige contacted me after I requested a viewing online. She has been amazing. We are about to embark on a very stressful time relocating from the South to Worcester and Paige is helping us through it by undertaking initial virtual viewings with us to help us find our new home. She is very patient and listens to be nattering on! She has been wonderful in giving me advice on the areas and schools. Great Service from Carmen
I sent an online viewing request to Chancellors and received a response the same day from Carmen who although was fully booked for viewings the following day arranged to stay later so that we could view the property. Carmen was on-time, friendly and was able to answer any questions we had regarding the property.
