Chancellors - Windsor Omdömen 

My dealings with Chancellors in Windsor were primarily with Hazem whom I cannot fault. He was professional, helpful and understanding.
My only bug bear was that I was told there was visitor parking at the property (we had specified the requirement for 2 parking spaces). We subsequently discovered there was no visitor parking, resulting in one of us looking for parking on a nearby road every day.
I did not find the ‘property passport’ process user friendly.

It has been a breath of fresh air dealing with Chancellors in Windsor whilst looking for a place to rent. Senior Lettings Manager Hazem has made the whole process for us really smooth and stress free, he was able to find us a magnificent place and accompanied us throughout the entire process from searching, viewings, key collection and even to deal with small adjustments after we moved our things in. Really easy to reach at all times which we feel is so important and has been very difficult with other agencies. Thank you Hazem and Chancellors.

My husband and I recently had a viewing of an apartment in Windsor. We were shown around by Gareth whom we found to be very polite, enthusiastic and well informed.

Gareth was patient and well informed. We ran slightly late and had a limited window but were never rushed. Chancellors have been great at communicating and following up with us.

Gareth was great. He managed to find time to show us around a last minute booked property and was there to greet us on time in both of our viewings. He gave great details when showing us around the properties which was really useful and encouraging. Genuinely great communication from booking to viewings.
