Chancellors (Thame Branch) had sole agency over the sale of my late Parents Bungalow. I found them to be very professional and courteous at all times.

They provided regular updates via email and telephone from potential buyers and generally kept me well informed. They provided advice when necessary if they felt a price reduction was needed but were never pushy in insisting upon it. I always felt it was my decision and I valued their advice.

The staff that I met were always smartly dressed and presented themselves well - which is important when they are showing potential buyers around the property on your behalf. I also think that being part of a larger group with multiple branches helped by being able to tap into the interest from London buyers.

I may be selling my home in the future and would certainly use them again.

Chancellors were very professional throughout the sale process and kept us informed along the way.

The only person who impressed me was James Ambridge who was polite and charming with a delightful sense of humour. He was always helpful and tried his best for me.

However the actual sales team was somewhat more difficult to deal with and a little humourless to begin with. Communication initially was limited and I felt uncomfortable phoning for news of my transaction. In the end they came through but it was hard at times. I really feel I would not recommend Chancellors except for James.
