Chancellors estate agents are so much more professional compared to the other ones I’ve dealt with recently. They make it easy for you, especially as a first time buyer. Our experience with the team has been very good especially when the chain of our property broke down, they phoned through their database and within a couple of days we were back on track, a new buyer! Whilst this Agency and Marketing staff successfully achieved a sale for me, I have to thank Mr. K Kelly I believe, in the professional way that he enthused potential buyers during an intensive day of visitors, resulting in several offers and bids from potential buyers.
I am critical of the way in which I believe that my Garden, a major part of the area for sale, did not feature positively in supporting the price and the description of the plot on sale. For this, I created my own leaflet of pictures to hand out to visitors and to illustrate what could have been achieved by a better initial internet description.

Kieran was excellent, replied quickly and dealt with everything really well. Super impressed.

Matt was instrumental in enabling our offer to purchase a property to be accepted.

He kept in touch and gave regular updates and dealt with matters in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
