Was refreshing to deal with the agent, Ibrahim, who was allocated to manage my property search; and similar feel for the Chesham team overall.

Slightly nuanced tenancy and potential tenant (me), so i had a lot of queries, and a few issues with their partner (Lettings hub) for the tenancy passport.

Ibrahim was succinct & concise with communications, which is exactly what i wanted. I didn't need to repeat myself, nor elaborate & if a query needed to be escalated, he was mindful to keep me updated & to ensure it was answered promptly & comprehensively.

I think Ibrahim will be successful in whatever career endeavours he chooses; he appears to be a quick learner, has good communication skills & already understands the business (I was unaware he was a new joiner).

I had similar experience with his manager, also, when issues required escalation. So, no doubt Ibrahim is in good hands.

3rd purchase via chancellors and 2nd sale. Cannot fault them at all- we had viewings booked ahead of marketing our house- they got us heaps of viewings- lots of offers and we sold our property within a week (to the first person that viewed!). Called us after every single viewing with feedback. Great app to track feedback and offers too which is helpful. Nick, Dan (and Richard) were absolutely fantastic. They also recommend a conveyancer who was phenomenal. Our house went on the market mid April and 3 months later we are done and dusted and in our lovely new home. Nick even went above and beyond post sale to make sure things ran smoothly for us every step of the way. We cannot rate them highly enough! Thank you!
