Warm & Professional Service
Emma Cotterell MARLA, a Deputy Team Leader at Chancellors took over the property management of our home recently. Incidentally, it was a time of a lot of refurbishment a the house.
The timing couldn’t be more welcome. Emma navigated everything with ease. The project involved multiple disciplines of workmanship - from plumbing to electrical to painting, etc., and a lot of coordination.
She communicated with us brilliantly, and unlike previous managers, we were updated with clarity about budgets, prices, and what was happening at each stage. This helps a lot since we do not live near the property. It also made decision making easier for us.
Above all, Emma was thoroughly professional yet warm, respectful, understanding and friendly, a combination that is rare in the housing market and industry. Her seniority and experience really shined through and we are grateful for that.
