I found Chancellors a very helpful…
I found Chancellors a very helpful estate agent. I have viewed two properties with them, both with the assistance of Angharad Parry. Angharad proved to be knowledgeable and efficient at showing me around each property. After the first viewing, when the property was not suitable, she proactively suggested alternatives and arranged a further viewing with another property. She also suggested other options and offered constructive advice.

Viewing of Bungalow in Darren Road and a nearby Plot 26/02/20
I found Angharad Parry to be prompt (arriving slightly ahead of our agreed meeting time), professional and very personable (always helps).
She had extremely good, detailed knowledge of the first property, it's boundaries and the building's current condition. I had a good number of questions which Angharad was happy to answer in depth when required. Importantly, I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all.
Equally positive comments apply to the viewing of a nearby plot. All in all a very pleasant experience with a knowledgeable and likeable professional.

Good experience viewing a property
I just wanted to mention how professional Angharad was when I was viewing a property. She managed both the seller and buyer being in the property very naturally and courteously. She was actually quite a breath of fresh air as she was genuinely interested in the features and knowledgeable about the property and its potential.
